True Yoga - Voted #1 Yoga Studio in Richmond!

True Yin Yoga with Linda was an amazing experience. It helped me relax after a stressful day at work, an experience that was nourishing for body and soul. I’ve also done vinyasa and hatha yoga with a number of other instructors. All unique but all enjoyable. Everyone makes adjustments for those of us who are beginners and not so flexible or well balanced!Thank you for opening this beautiful studio.

True Yoga is a real gem in Richmond! For those close to Steveston, it's so nice to have a dedicated yoga studio in the area. Since it opened last December, I've been going regularly for classes. All of the instructors are great and have a lot of experience in leading yoga classes. The space is relaxing, clean, and overlooks Steveston Harbour and Bayview St. One of my favourite times for class is in the morning for the 9:30 am classes when the village is just waking up. The yin and restorative classes offered in the evenings are a great way to end your day. I highly recommend this studio!

I'm so grateful this new studio has opened in Steveston. It checks all the boxes! The space itself is clean and minimalist. It has a warm, welcoming energy. And the teachers and other students are so lovely. It has a very community-based, inclusive vibe. I especially love Nica's Hatha and Yin classes. I leave them feeling like I'm on a cloud. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend True Yoga to anyone!

I started coming to the predecessor of this studio in the same space before the predecessor went under, and luckily the 3 teachers I went to at that place (Mike, Mercedes, and Nica) shifted over to True Yoga. If not for them, I wouldn’t attend this studio and wouldn’t enjoy and practice yoga nearly as much as I do (I try to faithfully come at least 3 times a week). Will has been a great addition to the team as well. I love the location, I love the community, and am thankful for the friendships and the personal sense of mindfulness I have built practicing here. Now I can’t imagine my life without True Yoga. I am a more centered, a more focused, and a more physically fit individual as a result of coming here and I’m grateful to those I have met in this journey. Thanks team! P.S. they are the first organization that has put out a survey and has actually done something about the results/feedback, in my experience!

Such a lovely studio! Nica was amazing, she made the class feel very inclusive with her options in yoga poses. I am so thankful to have taken her class. The studio itself is located by the wharf and you can grab an ice cream/coffee or watch the mountains after a class. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who wants to do some yoga in Richmond!

True Yoga is the first (and will be the only!) yoga studio I have ever belonged to. Their instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and provide newbies such as myself with feedback, modifications, and encouragement. Their studio is lovely and the other members are friendly and kind! If you're new to yoga (like me!) or a seasoned yogi, give True Yoga a try!

New to yoga and I had such an amazing experience at True Yoga Steveston! For years I was intimidated to try yoga but I decided to give it a try because of how welcoming True Conditioning made me feel when I first started there. The space is adorable and the instructor helped guide me each step of the way! A wonderful way to unwind after a stressful day.

I enjoyed a great outdoor yoga session with Mercedes right next to the river and a big open sky last Saturday. Mercedes creates a gentle and encouraging space for everyone to build their own practice with expert guidance from a skilled and experienced instructor. I highly recommend True Yoga Steveston and master instructors such as Mercedes.

I am so happy to have this new yoga studio in Steveston. It is a beautiful, clean and calming space, there is a good variety of classes, and the instructors are excellent. I would highly recommend True Yoga to anyone.
