First time booking and Erica F did an amazing job cutting my hair. I’ve always struggled to find a salon that could live up to the experience and expertise I had before I moved cities and Erica did exactly that! I couldn’t stop smiling while she cut my hair, you couldn’t really tell she knows her stuff! She did a very thorough consultation and we sorted out all of my concerns with length and layering. She is damn saint, and a funny one at that. I will definitely be coming back to see her!

Sara has created a beautiful and inviting salon space. Not only is there exceptional talent and care in services, but the environment and friendliness is unmatched. I’ve been to many salons and at Blume, I truly witnessed consistent care when dealing with clients. Absolutely love the dynamic here and am a loyal customer.

I saw Sara today for threading and had the best experience. Clean beautiful space, super gentle and my brows look phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Not only is it the most beautiful salon I’ve been in , the staff is incredible!! The owner is amazing and very hard working.. I’ve done a lot of services here but most recently I had my eyebrows powdered!! Amd OMG I can’t be happier!!Highly recommend !

I recently had my second appointment at this salon with Kaileah and had highlights and lowlights added. Kaileah made me feel comfortable instantly from the very first phone call. She is a very talented colourist and helped make suggestions since I am always on the fence about what I want. At no point did she make me feel pressured into buying extra services or products which I have experienced at other salons.My hair came out great for each visit!Also, the salon itself is beautiful with high loft ceilings and interesting decor.Highly recommend!

Today I visited Blume Beauty Lounge upon a friend’s suggestion, asking me to ask for Sara N .I had the best haircut I’ve ever had , I have a very thick hair and it’s very hard to manage .Sara N thinned it well and was precise with how much patients she had with me , and the end results were spectacular.Definitely I’ll be visiting them again .

The level of care and professionalism is unmatched. I have never left disappointed with the service. I cannot say enough about this place. Sara truly cares about her clients, her staff, and the beautiful salon. Highly recommend

As someone who loves their hair and I do not trust anyone with it after hearing so many different horrible stories. This is a place I can confidently say they are amazing! I’m a hard person to improve especially when it comes to services. This is the best place to get your hair done, especially if you need a wash, hair cut. I leave this place falling in love with my hair all over again. I highly highly recommend this place. It’s so welcoming and warm, the staff actually talk to you and care for you.

I usually don't write reviews unless it's worth my time. I had a terrible experience in this salon. Firstly, they charged me $287 dollars for a cut and colour (nothing ordinary). Double of what they had charged me 5 months prior for the same service and level of hair dresser at same salon. To add insult to injury, the hair dresser who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. I had been going there for a few years and since there was such turnover, I always had a different had dresser.I wasn't lucky this time. The hair stylist was probably a student. She had no idea what she was doing.I remarked that I wasn't sure what she was doing , was not satisfactory to me and not done for the type of haircut I was looking for (pixie cut), showed a photo of what I wanted and she still didn't know what I was looking for.I will never go back. I was ripped off, and warn any person who thinks they are getting a haircut by a knowledgeable hairdresser not to go there.I am still upset because hair take a long time to grow and for the amount of money they charged me which is ridiculous for a haircut.Stay away from this place!
