Have been shopping her for 13 years and have always received great customer service. Family owned and operated so it’s nice to support a family. I too own a family owned vintage costume store in Toronto and know what these people have to go through.If you know what you want, just ask and they know where everything is. Prices have always been great and I rather support a place like this then online.Yes, they do have parts closed off, and yes there is staff ready to help you. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. My friend was harassed and berated for simply FaceTiming his wife to show her what types of products they had. A older lady came out screaming and putting her phone in his face and when we would ask what was wrong everyone tried to act like they don’t know what she’s saying. She finally said that my friend is the problem but once again everyone acted as if they didn’t know why she was upset. Just kept attempting to move on with the sale. We asked if we were welcomed and still no proper response. Just more yelling which only added to our confusion. They are rude and disrespectful and I recommend that no one ever goes there. Business owners like these need to weeded out. Don’t spend your money here at all

Wow. I wasn't going to write a review but seeing the other ones, I now feel compelled to.I had such horrible customer service here that I have spent a great deal of time searching for a product that I would rather go out of my way to get then to give King's Display my client's money.I needed to take a picture (as us merchandising professionals often need to do) of an item for client approval. They flat out refused and my only option was to purchase the item with a 'no refund or exchange policy'. Silly given that if the client approved (and they did), I needed to buy 6 more PLUS glass shelving that was already approved. While I understand no photo policy's, I also understand that it should be looked at on a case by case basis. I am a freelance Merchandiser with many clients and now I will no longer use this company or recommend them to anybody. Working with the retail industry they should know how important customer service is and how being rude and uncooperative with customers (no matter how much they think they are being taken advantage of), will only harm them in the end.

Bill and Eagle are awesome. These are serious business people that have a no nonsense approach and are quite straight up and not phoney in anyway. Been dealing with them for 20 years and find the experience always the same only now a days I can get a chuckle out of them. In retail I can tell you without a doubt the customer is not always right and quite frankly people that think they should be able to do whatever and make their own policy’s can actually cost a business money. Pretty sure these folks know what they are doing.

I have known this company for over 15 years the father and the mother are very very nice people, the sons are really friendly. I know, they take the time to explain everything to you. It's not very easy to deal with the general public, you may not be able to please everyone. My experience here have always been pleasant. King's Display, is mainly a company for businesses and I recommend you check them out if you are setting up a show room or a new retail business. Just be sure to explain in detail what you are looking for and they will take the time to make suggestions. Below are some of the mannequins that was purchase over the years from this store.

I e-mailed this company requesting a quote for fixtures, mannequins, etc & they replied immediately with not only a quote but pictures as well! I have made several purchases and they have allowed me to return items, exchange items, etc with NO problems and they ALWAYS help me load purchases into my car. They do not allow people to wander but they have a lot going on there so I wouldn't allow people to wander either. It's a business which supplies other businesses, if you want to wander around then go to a mall or hit up google! If you own a business and need their products they have great quality items at very reasonable pricing.

My family and I have been coming to kings display for years. They are always so helpful. They always have what I am looking for at great prices! Highly recommend.

Where do I begin. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful from the very start! They even did a 3D rendering of our store before allowing us to buy anything to show us exactly how to do things. The effort and commitment to good service was unmatched and the selection of goods was great as well. 10/10 recommend.

I went with a friend this morning and there was a lady who didn't allow us to go further and see the things in the store. She stood in front of us and said no" and we started explaining what we were looking for. She put her hands on her ears as showing she didn't want to listen to us and when my friend got surprised and said "omg" she made fun of us repeating "omg" In a very sarcastic way. I turned to the guy who was in cash and said "this is very disrespectful

Very upset with the customet service!!!! The elderly women was very rude and told me not to come back!! All i was asking for was, if they had thinker version on the hangers i wanted to but. just to make sure i got the right one.. This same women grab the hanger cussing in her language to the cashier to give me my money back and for me to get out of the store. Im sorry very disappointed!!! I am a fashion designer student and my classmates are looking to come to this store. This is very bad for you bussiness!
