The selection was bleh. Service bleh. Prices for donated free used till the clothes are nothing even close to original; faded unwashed clothing, a gross sticky clothing rack, more often than not zippers on items are broken, and let's talk about most household items; they are mostly junk. Value Village gouging the needy, but won't pay a living wage to employees. The for-profit company is doing well. Not much difference between a drug dealer who gets rich off of the people who are struggling. They both set up shop in the low income areas. Unethical but legal. Welcome to modern society. Where getting rich at any cost is celebrated.

Great clothing wear. But the prices are going up .... not down. So for second hand clothes ... ?? I used to give mine away. And for the store to grow. The prices should come down. Otherwise what's a second hand store for???

It's where it's at for genuine gem seekers! Finding such rare track suits in this variety of lost treasure makes for a sweet day, Not too bad for a buck. When it's one of a kind hard to find, kind of gear or xbox controllers! Enjoy them reasonable low prices on high end threads! ....and why not give them your donations when shopping by!

I usually come to this location when they first open in the AM. The store is always tidy and the staff is friendly. The security at the door who always stares you down like you have 10k worth of donated items hiding in your pockets seems to be a little much but I guess they are there for a reason.I can’t say I have found any killer finds but I’m sure I will someday!

Great home and decor section. Would not shop for clothes though. It’s very dusty and hard to look through the racks. Also no dressing rooms.

This store completely scammed me. For starters, since covid is no longer as much of a concern, they should reopen their change rooms so customers can actually try items on. I purchased a few items a week ago and asked about change rooms and the woman working told me that there are no change rooms but that I have two weeks to return anything that didn’t fit. I came to return certain items today and was told that I am only allowed to exchange. So not only can you not try things on, but then you can’t exchange them when they don’t fit, so it is literally just a money grab for a store that doesn’t even need to purchase their inventory. Make it make sense. Really disappointed with my experience here as I was genuinely trying to purchase clothes that fit and now I am out of the money entirely.
