Unfair and worst complany to work at. Try to find work at some other place. Management is worst and they claim to be best managed company. What a joke paladin is. WORSR COMPANY EVER.

The most unprofessional, low-key security company ever. They have absolutely no respect for those who work hard and try to remain professional, and reward the ones that are lazy and in the loop with management. For example, there is a guard that I know that was promised to become a supervisor after a certain amount of time at a specific site. She worked harder than her colleagues and trained those that would be her supervisors, and was slapped down from becoming a supervisor role due to being at odds with unnamed parties that have close ties to upper brass. It's unacceptable and displays a level of favoritism that is beyond immature! My only suggestion for anyone wishing to be in the security industry is do your homework before going into this company.

We work in the same building with Paladin Security. Throughout many month of interaction, we can say that their amazing staff have shown exceptionally hight standard of customer service. Paladins were always available, pleasant and professional. Couldn't ask for better neighbours.
