These people are rude, like really rude. They couldn't take away their eyes on their phones for a second. I felt they are doing me a favor by answering my question. please don't go there and try to avoid that ugly experience I had there.

I have used various banks and exchange houses for my FX needs and CCE is by far the best in terms of rate and service. CCE consistently gives me better rates than the banks without hassle. The traders communicate clearly and are responsive to all my inquiries. I recommend CCE to all my family and friends.

went there today with a friend, we wanted to exchange for US currency for $50 but somehow one of the rude ladies there happened to hit $2001 on the debit machine, because we assumed she hit the right amount in the machine. Once we got our receipt is when we realized it was a large amount we didn’t ask for. I don’t understand how you can mess up that much, we were there for 30 minutes for something that was supposed to be a simple exchange. It was fixed in the end but we’ll find out if our proper exchange is counterfeit or not according to other reviews. I strongly advise to avoid this place.

Bad attitude in general. Not the greatest experience.But u get what u need.

I had the branch in Richmond to try to send money to a company in China after they claimed that they could do it. But it turned out that they could not send money to a company in China, but only to individuals.

This place is the worse place, I line up for 20mins, 2 employees working and only serve 2 people in the last 20mins, when it was my turn i asked to buy $1000usd, the worker said they only have $500usd, yet the lady beside me was getting help by the other employee at the same time asked for $300usd and was able to get it, so I asked the employee who was helping me I thought u said that you guys only have $500usd, she then told me well we only have $1000usd. I was like hmmmm ok then can I buy $700usd then since the other lady is only getting $300usd, she turn around said something in Chinese to her male boss, and then told me no I can’t, I can only buy $500usd. What the hell kind of business is this, that doesn’t even carry $1000usd., then tell the client they have some usd money but you cannot buy it. And service is soooo damn slow. So guess what I left and went to the other money exchange place Kings currency exchange just a few doors away, they had $1000usd no problem, 3 mins I was done. Should of gone there in the first, what a waste of my time .

Waiting time is not the best, communication wise (English) is not the most efficient, but the employees are helpful and try their best. Rates are competitive comparing to the other exchange money competitors, and that's what I was looking for, a better rate not a smile. :) I would return there if they continue to have a better rate.
