Days Inn by Wyndham Trois-Rivieres

The location is excellent, just off the highway, with shops and services right nearby.The staff were a bit hit and miss. They spoke English and French which was very helpful. Some staff, especially the day manager were great, others were not that helpful.The place needs a renovation. There are a lot of things that don't work (lamps, fans), plus it's pretty dumpy. The bedding is not quality, it's polyester.Breakfast is a croissant, banana, cheese slice, juice box. That's it and never varies. Coffee/tea is also available.It would have been OK if staying only one night. It was cheaper than other options, and not as nice as the Super8 next door.

David is an amazing host. He served breakfast for our bus tour group from 6am, watched the front desk, handled customer enquiries, and was just a thorough gentleman. Rooms were comfortable,had free wifi, free breakfast. Would definitely look at coming back if I'm in the area

Room was very clean and modern. It is unfortunate that when you drive up to the hotel the landscaping had not been done for awhile so the property doesn’t look great. The breakfast paper bag had a green banana , drinking juice box and croissant. No butter, jam or anything else to put on it.The lobby did have coffee available and a toaster .

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. It was way too expensive for what it was. More expensive than another Days Inn I stayed at a couple days before in a different area of Quebec. Yet this one is gross and rundown. The carpet looks gross, the wallpaper and ceiling were stained and damaged. The bathroom is tiny. The electric outlets are so inconvenient located. I definitely feel ripped off. The continental breakfast was also lacklustre just compared to the other Days Inn I stayed at.

Many rooms still have very stained carpets. The toilets do not flush well and there is no security on site.Location is central to rinks and highway but I recommend another hotel since this one should be considered a motel.

Comfortable bed. Smelly room but we end up opening the Windows. Night staff very nice. Weed smell in the corridor but cant do anything about it, some people is not respecting the place rules.

Dirty, not ready, dog hairs under duvet.To start, when we booked over the phone, we asked for early check in at noon and we were told ABSOLUTELY!! And that a note will be left when we arrive to ensure everything was good to go. IT WAS NOT. And no attempt to rectify their error was made. We drove and extra 35min past where we needed to be just so we could freshen up and relax after a 5hr drive to find out, they didn't even have our room ready. The kids used the lobby bathrooms where the female bathroom says for staff only (we ignored the sign as the 2 females needed the restroom).Later that evening, we finally arrived at the door of our room to find someone had left a wad of chewed gum on the door knob. Quite disgusting given the whole w years of covid madness we've all endured.On entrance, none of the light switches worked so we entered and stumbled into darkness to find a lamp...When we closed the curtains, it was disgusting. The largest stain that looked like someone threw food at the window and the curtains were never washed. We were left with this gross eyesore that left u feeling just uncomfortable.Stains all over the carpet, hooks left on the wall for what looks like old art work. Room looks like a party was held here not long ago.Dog hairs located on fresh sheets" underneath the duvet... So our trust in the cleanliness of this hotel went out the window. It is possible management has no idea that cleaning staff likely aren't doing their job

Bed is comfy..This room has a jacuzzi. Plus separate shower..Has coffee pot. Desk for the business man. Comfy chairs. The room is large. We are impressed. Very accommodating for the weary traveler. It looked fully booked. No sit down breakfast yet.
