Had a recall on my machine, was advised of this. When the replacement showed up received a call so we could exchange the old one. My wife went in exchange it and was given the new machine and explained the differences between the new and old one. She was very happy with the experience. Since then it was like a ghost town no follow ups and when I phoned them the manager told me if I was not happy I could look for another clinic, lots of excuses given.

I'm new to the clinic after being referred by a specialist. My experience so far has been very straightforward and streamlined, and since limited experience, I'll be happy to update as I receive more followup. I believe Joyce was the assistant who helped me - she was very informative and put my mind at ease when telling me how the sleep test works (as well as the device itself). I've never had a sleep test done before. Between the information provided at the appointment, and the detailed instructions included with the equipment loan, I felt like I had the knowledge and support I needed. The equipment return process was also quick and simple. Thanks!

Just got my CPAP replaced due to the recall and everyone was great. It’s been a hard few years for everyone and having the recall on top didn’t help. Took over a year but once I got it they were very helpful, friendly and good to deal with.

The team made it easy to conduct my sleep study, interpret the results, and make a recommendation on the path forward. Chris was able to relate to my situation, as a fellow CPAP user, and approach our consultations with that in mind. While I appreciated the guidance at the time, I also received a call roughly one month after purchasing my machine, to ensure everything was still working smoothly, and that I did not have any unanswered questions; that is the sign of great service.

I was recommended Peak sleep clinic by my physician as I was having trouble with obstructive sleep apnea. Chris Ha was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right settings and mask for my circumstances. I was able to have a trial CPAP and was able to switch masks during the process to find the mask that worked best for me. I ultimately ended up purchasing a machine from PEAK and am happy with the level of care and information I was provided.
