Very nice quality clothing, I bought a pair of pants for work from here 10 years ago. They've lasted for so long that I'm about to get them tailored for a second time due to my steady weight loss.Clothing is on the pricey side but it's worth it. Ideal for adult/older women and for women who work corporate jobs. However, I've seen some nice dresses for prom and grad season too.I stopped by for the first time in a while today, the quality still looks good and the associates were very attentive and welcoming.

Great team at this location! Shopping at Laura is always a lovely experience, you almost feel like you’re in a movie. there’s a great selection of dresses and the staff are experts in their field!

I had the same issue as a number of customers - bought a dress online and when it arrived the sizing was off. I brought it back to the Scarborough store, and everyone I met was just lovely. I wish I got their names! One lady helped me find the dress rack, and later brought me to a change room. Another girl helped ring me through and perform the exchange. The layout of the store was bright and cheerful, and I finished getting a dress I needed in 20 minutes flat. It was the perfect shopping experience - many thanks!

I walked in the store this afternoon, looking for something to wear to a wedding. I spent about 5 minutes looking around before a lovely woman named Vivian came over to see if she could assist me. Well I couldn’t be happier she did. What a fabulous experience with heap of class and old school work ethics from when I started shopping in the 80’s as a young girl. Vivian, thank you for your expertise. Made my day much brighter and now I’m gonna look fabulous at that wedding! To be fair, all the staff I spoke to were very nice including the manager who’s name I didn’t get. Laura, you have a gem in Vivian, but I’m sure you already know that.Thanks to all

I bought a beautiful dress worth $338.99 (including taxes) . Store associate Donna helped us to find a perfect size with such a polite and respectful manner. Store was very neat and clean. I loved the dress and will visit again.

Staff is awesome and very helpful! Has every size and if not in stock they will order for you! Prices is agreeable

Amazed at their customer service! They had a beautiful dress that was just one size too big. I asked if another store had my size to try and co-ordinate when and who could pick it up and they said I could have it directly shipped to my apartment. I paid for the dress at the store and the correct size fits perfectly!

Rude manager and employee. Firstly, they treat u so good for selling the dresses but when it comes to return or exchange they changed there whole tone. Manager need to learn more because if manager behave like this then what will employees do. Worst manager i’ve ever encountered with.

Suchh a racist store. The employee sell us the dress with label and then we go back there to return it they treated us in very bad manner. Manager was very rude and specially told them to check the CCTV and then said that they don’t need to check that. They didn’t even confirm with that employee who sell us that dress. Such a bad cx experience. I never recommend this store. When it comes to selling they treat us like royals but when it come to return the things the make excuses . The other employee even said it one my face that the dress is smelling I didn’t even wore it and all the tags were there but they didn’t help us at all. This store need to improve there cx service and they need to learn some manners. I’m have very patience but then cross the limits. Such poor cx service . Just the brand name is big but everything else are very cheap.
