Wife and I found a Mexico trip last minute that we wanted to do, went to Okotoks Vision Travel to book.The lady took our number and info of what we were looking for, and told us she would be in touch and to have our passport info ready.No acknowledgement from her at all. Zero customer service was shown to us.We just wanted to go away, and it was 50% off at that time.
