Equitex has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! Looking at commercial properties in Brentwood bay I saw a space for lease that I was interested in viewing, and obtaining the leasing information for. After more than six calls, over two weeks, requesting this information with still no call back, I went into the office here in Victoria to speak with someone. I was told by the receptionist that someone would definitely get back to me, a week ago, which still hasn't happened. With the level of unprofessionalism this company operates on, it's shocking that they are able to stay in business. I'd like to have a conversation with the owners of the property, chances are they have no idea how poorly this company is representing them. I can't see myself ever willing giving my business to equitex. This company deserves a zero star rating!

I have worked with Joe Bellows from Equitex for a few months and really appreciate the time, honesty and transparency he has to all of my questions about rental properties. This guy really knows his business and I highly recommend his services.

Other than the receptionist Vanessa, , the service was awful. The housing market is tight, we moved from MB, and I took time off to diligently look for housing. I left a message regarding a rental within hours of it being posted fir Cynthia. No return call. I called the next two business days, and left messages with the receptionist . No reply. My partner finally called and was told applications were now closed by Vanessa. We explained we had called and asked to be considered given the situation. Cynthia finally returned the call, was dismissive, rude and insisted she called everyone back. My phone records and their own receptionist recall differently. It may be an owners market but I’d still expect professional and courteous treatment.
