We worked with Audrey Schumann and Stuart Berenhaut when we sold our house and bought our new house in the summer 2017. They were so great to work with! They had our house sold in a week! Straight forward and honest about each property we looked at. We put the offer in on a our dream house literally 2 days before our wedding (crazy I know) and they were so accommodating with working around us and our schedule to get all the paperwork done etc. We had a really positive experience all around and would definitely recommend them in the future! Unfortunately, one bad apple has huge bad impact on the whole team. As a family moved from Alberta to Manitoba and purchased a house we had one of the worst realtor ever. A sneaky, dishonest, disrespectful person , adding to that a liar and full of crab.
