I am from edmonton, so was e-mailing the company.Was looking for a roof rack of the basket variety for a sprinter. The intial response was good, prompt and eager to help. Alas my reply to that has since been ignored once i provided the requested details in more specifics in what was looking for and carrying. Pretty sad that they couldn't even be bothered to reply they could not find, make, or provide any help or product.As in such i simply found another place that actually wanted to do business and provide actual communication, something sorely lacking in this world.....but should be a core principal to a company selling custom products.

Calgary Fleet Outfitters installed a fixed partition in my van and a custom rack to hang Dewalt ToughSystem 2.0 tool boxes on the wall with foldaway DS Carrier brackets. I couldn't be happier, the solid partition makes the radio and heater significantly better and Dewalt doesn't sell van mounts for their ToughSystem setup.They even delivered the vehicle after it was finished.

It’s been a year since my awesome Adrian Steel racking was installed by CFO.While my van was in the body shop after a bad accident the racking was removed to make room for the repairs and one of the keys for my cabinet got snapped off inside the lock.I dropped by CFO and they were able to help me get back up and running and enjoying the freedom, organization, and professionalism this great racking affords me again!Thanks again Calgary Fleet Outfitters for selling a quality product and providing quality after sales service!

These guys are as honest and pro as it gets. My install didn’t initially go as I had hoped, but the problem was promptly corrected to beyond my expectations. I’m very happy with the final result, and with the customer service. I’ll be using CFO as my go to fleet installer moving forward.

There is a statement on the Homepage Where a handshake still means something". This caught my eye because I remember when handshakes meant something. I went into the shop and bought a Cargo Net and Jessica went out of her way to answer my questions and make sure I was satisfied. Product is high quality and priced well. The products I saw up front also look like quality. I will think of Calgary Fleet Outfitters next time I am in need of anything."

The crew at Fleet Outfitters is really helpful. Shelves are expensive however it saves a lot of driving time and we have everything we need all the time. I don't think most contractors get how much time they waste driving for parts and lost billing time each year.
