Greco Pizza

Been here a handful of times. This is my last. Staff has been friendly in the past and close proximity had me going back despite past errors but today was enough. Ordered two 12 inch pizzas. Dough was so thin it looked like cheese on a Communion wafer. When I called, I was told it’s because of their new dough and even if he made them again it’d be the same result. Only other option I was given after I asked was to drive back down, prove no slices were eaten, give the pizzas back, and get a refund. I did and took the money to Dominos to get the same order.

Placed an order online, 45 min after we ordered we received a call of no delivery driver for an hour and a half, I picked up my oder and was still charged the delivery fee, after returning back to the store to be refunded the delivery fee I asked if I could get a 2L of Pepsi for the inconvenience, the manager woman was incredibly rude and stated our Pepsi costs 5$" and then continued on.. gas isn't free but being polite is. Id give zero stars if review would let me"

Wish I could give my local Greco a better review but...ordered our pizza and unfortunately it took an hour and a half to arrive ! It's a 5 min drive to my house.

I ordered online and after 45 minutes of waiting I was called to say no delivery driver was available and I’d have to pick up. I asked when I got here what was the reason they waited that long to call and the server rambled on about only one printer working. And still after an hour my food was not ready.. I will never order from this location again ALWAYS every time something is wrong with my order…

Typically I won't write a bad review and love supporting new small businesses, however after ordering a few different times, I feel I have to. Last night was enough for me. I really enjoy the steak subs there. They are probably the best in the city as far as I am concerned. Having to pull over to dial the number because you can't just ask Google to dial the number and then go through all the prompts since there is no direct line online I was able to place my order. Fair enough, I am told I have to wait 20-30 minutes. I do a few errands while in the area and arrive 25 minutes after placing my order. I am told my order hasn't been started yet and there still 2 more ahead of mine and asked to wait another 20 to 30. NOPE! I went elsewhere. This was 1 occasion! Another was placing an order, waiting 30 minutes to show up only to wait there another 30 minutes to be served, meanwhile my order had been sitting there the whole time. DONE!Updated: service has been better, wait time for food is not as long and I can now ask Google to call directly.

Called 3 times before someone picked up. Ordered the fish and chips to try. I was told 20 minute wait time. I showed up 25 minutes later and was told it’s an additional 30 minute wait, because they haven’t started the fish yet. The fish is not worth the wait. Overcooked, dry and greasy at the same time. Fries weren’t cooked, soggy and soft. Employees working there have no idea what’s going on. Save your time and don’t eat here

Waited 65 min for a pizza garlic fingers oven sun and one piece fish,because they dropped my first oven sub on the floor! Everything was extra burnt,not even edible! The fish wasn’t burnt it was just cold and droopy from the wait!

Worst service I've ever had in my life. Called and placed an order for delivery, said it was going to be 30 minutes, waited an hour so I called and they said it was on the way, waited another 30 minutes still nothing. Called again, so then they said they were at my place and tried calling 5 times. No cars showed up in my driveway and nobody called me. They didn't seem bothered by this at all and didnt want to do anything to help make it right. Will never order from this location ever again. Horrible service.

Called and asked for pizza specials with 1 pizza. Was told they had the $8.99 special. I said so I can get jusy one pizza he said yes.Get there and they tell me I have to pay for two pizzas. I have never ordered from l here since it opened so I didn’t know.I said that wasn’t my mistake was the gentleman behind her she said oh well haha.So I left. And that’s that never again.I Hope someone enjoys the two pizzas they made with pepperoni and bacon :)
