These people are the most unprofessional and irresponsible scums I've ever seen. They posted their hours but never show up on time.For every issue happened in the buildings they managed, the only thing they do is buck-passing.Charging fines for everything even it's their mistake.The way they talking to customers are rediculously arrogant and funny.Never solve a problem properly as a management group.Feel sad and shame for them.

Absolutely terrible property management company. Stay away. They lost our builders deficiency list and did nothing for us. Their communication is very poor as well.They also screwed over our condo of over 76000$!!! Please stay away. They owe us this money for years now.
