Worst customer service ever.They sold one of the top ranked matters, after it for year and a half it lost its original shape and thickness. Despite Ashley’s advertisements saying the manufacture will cover any issues related to manufacturing but they didn’t when it came to change the defected mattress.And the bad thing was Ashley’s management did not take care of my concern and they just saying you need to resolve the issue with factory.I drop the couple of thousand dollars mattress purchased from Ashley to dump bin.Won’t go there anymore.Not recommending!

Alec was really helpful. It was our first time visiting Ashley and he paid very close attention to our needs and guided us to the right products. I will recommend Ashley furniture and Alec to all my family and friends. Will definitely be back.

Recently ordered 2 couches from Ashley HomeStore in Newmarket. They somehow convinced me to pay for the “white glove service”. I would recommend not getting this considering they damaged my walls, left dirt/mud all over the place in the house, didn’t even actually take all the old furniture to the location specified, and even the items they did take to that proper location, they just piled it like garbage. I was extremely dissatisfied with this service.

Ordered my bed frame, got the installation service. Everything came right on time, item was delivered in excellent condition. Worth the price you pay.Really enjoyed the bed frame after having it for 3 months everything looks and feels great. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. Definitely would come by again.

We had a wonderful experience with this store. We were treated so wonderfully by our sales rep Carolyn and the manager Calvin. We're very happy with our new purchase and can't wait to use it! Their prices were so great! Thanks Ashley's!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We had no issues with the sales department but when our order for all our bedroom furniture came, 3/5 items were obviously damaged. There were large cracks in our nightstand and dresser frames. The delivery people broke the legs off our chest. We tried to call customer care but the delivery people did not want to take the furniture back and they were literally arguing with each other on speakerphone in front of us. There was clearly no communication between their delivery team and customer care dept.We had so many issues when waiting for replacements. Our orders were changed/cancelled several times. We had to call them constantly to stay on top of things. They did not even contact us to notify us when they were coming to take our damaged dresser. Overall I cannot count how much time we wasted explaining our situation over and over to them as they failed consistently to communicate with each other. I will NEVER buy Ashley Furniture again and encourage anyone thinking about it to think twice about how much time you wish to waste trying to navigate this poorly managed company

Amazing service! They really care about their customers. Great prices too. Meghan helped me out and just was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend anyone looking for furniture/home decor to go there.

Ashley’s were scheduled from 1-4. They arrived at 12. BONUS! When do they ever show up early?! We had a bing sectional to be put together as well as 4 chairs and a kitchen table. The 2 guys were quick, pleasant and cleaned everything. Friendly and quick and my place looks immaculate!! Loved all the service from in store to delivery. Thanks guys.

Friendly staff. Patrick was very patient, kind and helpful. Tariq was a great help and very welcoming. They both gave us good advice and helped us to pick what is best for our need.

Bought an awesome sofa and a 1 & 1/2 sofa from the Newmarket location. The sales staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were kept updated through the entire process until delivery.Thank you!
