Amazing customer service, and very nice facilities. I went in to buy some filament and was greeted promptly by a very knowledgeable employee. Helped me pick out the right filament for my needs and even took me on a personal tour of the workshop and labs. I can’t say how much I appreciate that kind of involvement with the customer, really goes to show the people here are passionate about 3D printing and teaching. Overall 10/10 experience and the filament is amazing quality. Printed great first try with recommended settings from Replitech. Very good layer and bed adhesion, as well as no bubbling, stringing, elephants foot, or other defects with the filament. Can’t recommend a better brand and will be buying from here for a very long time.

Excellent service in store with exceptionally friendly staff, who go well beyond to explain their manufacturing processes for filament and to showcase their range of options. I’m on my 2nd spool and will be back for many more!

I can not say enough good words about Replitech. I found out about them on Facebook a few weeks back and stopped in to pick up a few spools. While there they gave me an amazing walk through of their facility and explained the process and the testing that goes into producing their filament. I have had the pleasure of doing a few prints with their filament now and have had a 100% success rate. I would recommend them to any maker or hobbyist looking for amazing quality at a low cost

Stopped in to see if anything new with them. Ended up walking out with there new ABS. This stuff was awesome what amazed me was the overhangs for ABS came out great. If your in Windsor Essex county stop in these guys are great.

I cannot say enough good things about Replitech. The people are top notch in several areas: printer fixing (for a newbie like myself); printing advice; and of course, quality filament. I enjoy every visit to their shop because I feel welcomed (including with my kids who are eager to learn more about this world). I am part way through my first roll of Replitech Vivid filament, and it's the best filament I've printed with (Ender 3 Pro with some upgrades). Great bed adhesion, no stringing, makes durable parts, and just feels" higher quality. I particularly like the shade of white (it's toward the blue spectrum rather than yellow) and the surface finish.That's not even the best part! The people at Replitech are very knowledgeable and helpful

Thanks ReplitechGood Bed adhesion and prints clean.I bough for the first time and pretty much satisfied with overall printing experience. This stuff prints clean with almost no stringing or bulb. Big spool kinda surprise me. However need to play with printing temperature a bit here and there to fine tune it with my printer and updated nozzle (which I normally do anyways with any new filament).Smooth printThis PLA print slightly higher than recommend temperature and bit slower speed. 220 degrees are working for my prusa. Other than that it is shiny and with lower resolution you can't see the layers. I will buy it again.

This was a very wonderful buying experience as I not only got a wonderful product to print with but also an entire How Its Made" episode that was very informative . I could see how passionate the individual was when he was talking about their product and 3D printing in general. Will definitely recommend this product and this store in general."

The customer service at Replictech was incredible! I’ll never purchase filament anywhere else.I was taken on a nice tour of the operation and they even spent some time to help me diagnose and fix some of the issues I’ve been having with my printer. Can’t wait to go back and buy some more filament soon.
