I've been a foster parent for Hatts Off for over 20 years now. I've seen Hatts Off grow as a company and personally feel that the services they provide to our youth in need is fantastic. Many children have needed our home as a safe place to land till a permanent plan can be put in place. Our home has always been well support by the Hatts Off team . Any concerns brought to Hatts Off by myself or my partner have always been addressed quickly and in a professional manner.Some of the children that require our assistance have a lot going on mentally, emotionally, and sometimes physically. It's not always an easy job however, the reward of seeing a child flourish in the environment provided by us and supported by Hatts Off makes it a job we love doing.I wanted to write a review from a foster home perspective because all I see are group home reviews.If you are reading this and are thinking of becoming a Foster Parent......consider Hatts Off I'm glad I did!

The Management Staff meaning Mentor and higher at the Company is never around and is down right awful. They don't take care of your needs really ever, they are just in it for money. They could care less about us clients, we are just pay cheques to them. The staff that work at my house on the other hand are amazing staff to have around they actually care for you and treat you like humans not like garbage. If anyone needs to move out of their group home to a new home or is going into care I highly recommend a different company other then Hatts Off Inc. The Staff at my house do way more then The Mentor and Higher Put together.

Every dollar kept for profit is dollar taken away from a child's care, profit and child care cannot co-exist.

They really get paid to take off what ur watching and make you uncomfortable in the house constantly. You ask for change/help and get told they will be talked to but here I am 7 months later still dealing with the same unprofessional environment that is NOT helping my SEVERE DEPRESSION!

I have had a different experience with Hatt off. Both in my private life and professional. Both experiences have been negative, and the company seems to be poorly managed, deciving and shady. It's been ongoing for 10 years since I had my first experience with them and at no time have I ever heard an honest word from them. A company primarily focused on their own financial gain.

Work work work lol I love my job

I am not Impresssed with the management. The lack of respect and complete disregard for their staff. This is not a well organized business. There is no regard for safety

These 5 star reviews seem to be from people who might not exist....they have no social media footprints...strange?

I was a former clients of Hattsoff. When they kicked me out after giving me trauma, I was notified about the eviction the same day I was kicked out. No notice beforehand, just straight up dump you on the streets knowing you'll be homeless. Negative stars
