This is the worst Tim hortons ever! We live close by and have had nothing but the worst experiences. They forget to put certain parts in the bag or give you the wrong bag and we have had burnt bagels or missing spreads on bagels. Today I got a bagel with cream cheese. No cream cheese instead butter that actually wasn’t even on the bagel.I don’t understand how it’s such a difficult job for them.

8pm at night on 24 March 2022: Not a single clean table. Male employee is chatting up a female customer, and the place is not busy (6 customers including myself--all seated). In the picture, there are 3 dirty tables, no customers have been at them. The table I'm sitting at is dirty as well.

Your location on Fort Street is a plus, but once inside it was clean for a busy outlet.Staff where hard at work serving us and when used washroom it was clean like employees cared and kept it up.Those are just first look and judgements as you have busy coffee and doughnuts outlet so it is not customers cleaning up after themselves it is the people you employ, so all and all they are the one's that deserve congrats. You are just their boss.Thank you.

I am thankful that you guys replaced my coffee, which was cold.But I was so surprised to see that for a 2$ coffee replacement, crew has to call supervisor and supervisor has to make a phone call to another supervisor to confirm.And at the end I felt that they did a very big favour on me to make a nice hot coffee in this cold weather.4 star for the counter staff hard work. But the way of handling this small issue could have been handled quickly and smoothly.

My favorite however , recently you changed the 7 cups to 20 cups to get free cup that is not fair..To get midium coffee $2.02 when you pay in cash it is $2 dollar .but in online it takes 2 cent . it seems negligible its OK but not right...

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in !It's a very dirty place -- floors, bathrooms , seating area all dirty.There was only 1 worker on shift, and we had to wait 15 minutes, and our order was wrong when we got it.No apology, nothing he just said I'm working alone, the boss won't hire anyone else.

Exceptionally rude and overall bad service. Came all the way from the US to try it and the staff were short with their responses and seemed to be bothered by our presence
