I have to say that these flowers were the best in a long time. Others from a different provider were not as well balanced as these were. My Grand-daughter really enjoyed receiving these. The only problem, which in these times is acceptable, is that the original order called for purple roses but, I was informed ahead of time that this might not be possible. Really nice arrangement.

Ordered online for a delivery in Quebec City for Mother's Day. Order was flowers in a vase with truffles. Only flowers were delivered. Notified them within 2 days of the missing items. After 2 months and multiple communications Fleur Concept only refunded $10 for a $120 order. Do not trust this company to honour any online orders as their integrity and customer service are abhorrent. Many other bigger companies to choose from.
