Quiet relaxing resort. With 2 pools, beach lake swimming area and water trampoline. Short walk to Healey Falls for swimming and soaking fun.

This is a great site. Loved the environment, local activities and rentals are good prices. Wood for fire a bit expensive. Fishing was amazing kids caught and released over 20 fish the first day.

We had a fun time at the resort. The cabin was clean and had the basics. Everything is close and we felt that the kids could really enjoy it. The snack shop was decent and had reasonable prices compared to most. The staff were all nice and helpful. The wifi isn't great if you need it. You are better to just use your own data. It is small but makes for a nice weekend.

We loved everything about this place. Our cottage was spacious and clean. It provided everything we needed. We travelled with our 10 month old so it was crucial it had the space. Everything was in perfect working condition. The staff were friendly and would ask if we needed anything anytime we walked by. The city is only a 9 minute drive. We had a fantastic time here.

Nice resort. Friendly staff. Lake Seymour is beautiful. Smaller resort so very quiet and peaceful. Not too many amenities, just a pool and games room with a small gym. Location is great just 2 hours from Toronto.

Just spend a few days here and am happy to write them a positive review :) In spite of the bad weather, I still appreciated everything the staff does to make people feel welcome, including little goodie bags when I entered with toiletries and stuff in case I forgot!I overheard a staff member educating kids on poison ivy, and there were no parents or advisors around so he was genuinely looking out for them. I also had a member check in to see how I was doing the second day, and the resort manager even called when I left to make sure I had enjoyed my stay :)All of this makes up for minor things worth noting about the cottages themselves - there's no outlet in the main bedroom, you can't open any of the blinds so it's a bit dark, and oddly there's no blinds on the front door which is kind of creepy at night. Otherwise, they were very clean and functional and I'll be happy to return to this, resort hopefully soon!

Visited a friend’s cottage at woodland estate resort. The resort is nice and the cottage we stayed was really beautiful , clean and spacious. Waterfront access made it really desirable. All the neighbours seemed nice and friendly. Interaction with staff was good too and they seemed helpful. Overall felt quiet and peaceful over there at thanksgiving long weekend.

Amazing resort. Small community and gives you home vibes. Love it.
