I had a very good experience with Green Motion, friendly staff and good cars. Seamless pickup and drop off. The hold on my card was release in just a few days

So disappointing....I booked online via airportrentals, and I included insurance.The staff is very rude. I paid my insurance thru online, but they didn't accept it. I showed them the coverages and policy reference, but still, they didn't accept it. The staff told me that there were a lot of people waiting after me, so I ended up buying insurance from them, which is higher rate. Also, I booked the car until June 27 at 4 pm. But he canceled my account at 3 pm and didn't allow me to drive the car even though I still have enough time. I hope there's zero star.

Just rented a car through “Great Motion” for three days. My wife and I had a great experiences. First, we deal with a very nice and competent contact person, his name is “Nima.” Secondly, He gave us the latest model 2023 Kia mid size SUV, it was totally perfect. Thirdly, from pick up and drop off, it was timely and efficient without delay. Fourthly, the agents in the counter were very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely use this company again. These guys are horrible.STAY AWAY! Save you money.False advertising first off.The owner argues with costumers.The place smells. They do not clean there cars. I was disgusted.I did not rent a car was with someone who did. They are to nervous to post a review because the owner was loud and had a threatening tone.STAY AWAY. this company will be out of business in no time.

I wish I read all the 1 star reviews before making the mistake of using this rental company! Avoid at all costs, I can see from the reviews below see I wasn’t the only one who was lured in with a low cost only to be scammed with additional insurance when I picked up the vehicle. Also the transponder I requested was never included (even though it was attached to the windscreen) and I was then still charged additional fees which I never agreed to.Please avoid at all costs!Edit: in response to the owners reply, the only reason I made this review is because I tried voicing my concerns with Alex and was only met with an apology that he didn’t provide me with the requested transponder (even though he recommended I get it) but he still proceeded to charge my credit card for something I didn’t agree to. I’m not the only one who feels this way just look at your reviews it’s not a coincidence that so many others are feeling mislead and cheated by your company.

I really had a good time with this rental agency... everything was clear right away and I had no problems. The car was beautiful, new and super clean. Nima is an extraordinary person, humanly and professionally speaking! I recommend this place 1000000 times!!

The staff were extremely friendly to my family and I as we arrived. They noticed we were a family with small kids and upgraded us to give us a bit more room with car seats and our luggage.The only thing we weren’t really aware of was we needed to go from Terminal 1 to Viscount station via the monorail before a shuttle driver could pick us up. They explained this to us as soon as I called and it was super smooth and easy. This information was likely in an email that I didn’t read throughly beforehand.The team were great and we had an amazing experience with a clean and reliable car.

We have rented from Green Motion Gatwick for several years and have always had very good service. Last month we rented an almost new Peugeot which was very clean inside and out. Pick up from Gatwick was quick and efficient, as was the rental process.Returned the car after two weeks and Ali took approximately 90 seconds to check the car over and process the documents. The shuttle bus was waiting to take us to the airport and we were on our way in no time.Nothing could have been better!

I dealt with an amazing and amiable gentleman Mr. Nima, he was very knowledgeable and made my experience extremely smooth. He stayed after hours to get my checking in procedures completed and provided me a vehicle that fitted my requirements. I recommend dealing with Mr. Nima for all your car rental needs. Kudos to him!

It was the worst experience ever. Greenmotion was very unfair with me.In general, I hope they would one day understand the importance of maintaining customer's loyalty and satisfaction rather than taking advantage of customers. Unfortunately, it seems that they don't understand such long run strategic goals. The owner of the company should realize that it would be much more profitable to have more polite and decent employees who care much more about enhancing customers' satisfaction.
