We walked in and the place was empty so I thought, this is great, no waiting in line. We stood for five minutes at the counter being ignored by the five or six staff members who refused to make eye contact with us and carried on with what they were doing. I finally asked one of them if she was going to serve us. She said, there are people in front of you." Unless the place was haunted and she was seeing ghosts

50 mins at 12PM on a Sunday - for coffeeand a sandwiches. Watching them make sandwiches is excruciating, doesn’t look understaffed, drinks coming out fast but food was extremely extremely slow

Great location. Fast friendly service.Asked for a different bun. They told me they couldn't do that but when I got to the counter I was informed that they needed to provide me with a substitute because they were out of buns .lol

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If you have somewhere to be, I don't suggest you stop at this location. I made a mobile order for a single coffee and 2 hash browns. I waited 25 minutes before I left without my hash browns. Tim Hortons scored some free money for their terrible service today. Sadly this is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. I will not be back.

The rumors are true...if ypu want something quick here...go somewhere else. * for food as I never ordered as it was at least 15 minute wait and there was not many people there ( I saw the order screen).Service plenty of staff...just not organized nor trained properly to be

Asked to warm up muffin with butter as usual did not do it ! Really frustrating when you notice it once you’re back on the hwy ! Get your service staff better trained and start offering better service !

Was in town for a show with a friend. My friend and I ordered food and sat and waited for 25 minutes just for them to FORGET to make our food. Not to mention the disgusting mess inside. Floors were visibly dirty, the garbage was overflowing both outside AND inside, it was gross. No toilet paper in the men's bathroom and they didn't seem to care when it was mentioned. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. No wonder they're hiring. Maybe hire better staff? Not going back when I'm come for another show.

Nice wraps, the best Tim wrap I ever had. Clean place, clean washroom, people (customers) are chill and had that vibe. Goodness of the town.
