Locally owned and very friendly. I have been a long time customer of this family-owned business and I highly recommend. Great and knowledgeable service/advice, a cool vibe, and new stock regularly. Also a loyalty card for free juice. 10/10

Never been in store before but I went in today to check it out, the man behind the counter (assuming he’s the owner) was extremely rude and didn’t seem to want me in the store. As the only customer in the store was leaving, he told me he was busy. Also, there is a very large space with couches but was told it’s not for customers. Almost no selection and the prices are high. Would NOT recommend.

Nice, clean location with a ton of selection. Get your coils, juice, or vape here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the store is conveniently located next to a pharmacy, liquor store or pizza place.

Bought my first vape here last night. The owner was awesome, he walked me though everything from helpful tips to quit smoking, to setting up my new vape. He went though every little thing with me. Service like that, where someone takes the take to explain absolutely everything, is what will keep customers coming back again and again. Highly recommended!

Had a bad experience with the customer rep May 16 around 5pm ( middle to old age white man). He seemed disinterested when I was asking for suggestions and just overall not good customer service demeanour. I presented my permanent residence card which is one of the most formal forms of Canadian identification and he said it was not valid and I’d need to show another form of ID. Legitimately one of the most dense and ignorant convos I’ve had. Date of birth and all was there. Would not go back after this experience.
