Terrible, don’t call yourself a walk-in clinic if you do not accept walk-in patients. Reception is impressionable, don’t care, and bothered. You are made to feel like you are bothering them. The system as a whole is fractured… the medical profession holds you hostage. No in person walk-ins. Make an appointment… lol. Roll the dice as it more than likely will be a call or virtual…ridiculous. There will be a time when AI - Artificial Intelligence replaces these so called professionals. And why not…not such a bad idea… why because currently in most cases the doctors only want call in’s or virtual appointments. What would be the difference? AI might be more responsive and diligent and intelligent. I have zero faith in what is occurring now. Their advice go to urgent care or emergency. Empathy, should be a class taught at medical school. Appears they are being taught commerce instead…business is the pill they have swallowed. The reception person can’t even open the door to properly talk to you… terrible! Please make your own opinion, but, please be warned.

Made phone appointment. Dr recommended unhelpful suggestions and that I get a family dr. I went to another clinic and was told my symptoms needed lab work and were a serious concern.

Today my son was not feeling well at school. He vomited twice in a row, and he vomited twice after returning home. It was already around six o’clock in the afternoon. Considering that the family doctor was off work, I found this place on GOOGLE named Main & Marine Medical Clinicat 235 Se Marine Dr's, its introduction says no appointment needed, walk-in clinic, I brought my son over immediately, and the door showed: OPEN: After knocking on the door for a long time

No words for how terrible and unprofessional they are. From the receptionists to all 3 of the doctors. Run away. Run so far away. Or don’t - and find out why their rating is as low as it is! Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Dr. Thakorlal’s incompetence killed my father. This man was my dad’s family doctor, my dad went to Dr. Thakorlal numerous times for MONTHS complaining about stomach pain, fullness, indigestion, constipation, etc. Dr. Thakorlal’s response each and every time was “it’s just a stomach ulcer” and kept prescribing different PPIs that would not work.Eventually my dad’s health worsened to the point where he admitted himself into Emergency to get an Endoscopy. He found out he had stomach cancer and died 6 months later.Dr. Thakorlal’s negligence took our dad away far too early. He had multiple chances to send my dad for testing where his cancer would have been found earlier and been treatable, and at least been given more time with us.This happened 7 years ago, something compelled me to write this review today. I just want to warn anyone who has to see this doctor, if you’re ever not sure about his quality of care, please seek a second opinion sooner rather than later.

Last night I was experiencing increasing pain from an infection that had quickly developed during the afternoon. The pharmacy confirmed that they couldn't prescribe anything for me. I contacted this clinic at approximately 8:40PM and spoke with the receptionist. Dr. Lam then called me 10 minutes later and was able to assess efficiently. They immediately sent the prescription for antibiotics to Shoppers Drug Mart on Fraser St. and I picked up the medication by 9:30PM. Incredibly quick, what a relief.I have never visited the clinic so unable to validate any of the in-person visit reviews.

I alway come here for walk-ins and now telephone appointments for myself and my 2 kids. Doctors are fast, professional, decisive and give the right prescriptions and advice spot on. No fuss. Just excellent straight forward old fashioned care.

I've been to this clinic a couple times and have had good experiences. And u can't beat the hours . Name one other clinic open until 9 pm . I don't understand the bad reviews. It's a walk in clinic not an all inclusive resort. I've been to waaaaaaaaaay worse clinics. Pre covidi hurt myself at work and I was in and out in an hour. I've sat in walk in clinics for 3-6 hours usually, sometimes longer.

Worst dr. Parerra . She don’t know how to talk to patient . So rude and she talks like she blaming the patient . Please don’t go to her or in this clinic.

Worst worst worstAll i. An explain is, this is worst place. I waited for more than an hour . I booked my appointment in advance but still waited that much longer. Disgusting. What’s the point to book the appointment if i have to wait for more than an hour. They don’t deserve one star though. Will never ever recommend this clinic to anyoneI know no one can imagine it but this is true. More than an hour of wait.
