Update: 7 April, 2023:Got a Call from Winnie, today. The watch I wanted had come in in less than 10 days, So… I bought the Explorer.This was my first Rolex Purchase and I must say that I was treated very well by Winnie. She even gave my wife a gift of a Rolex Scarf (which was much appreciated). She made both my wife and I feel very special. We have had an exceptional experience at this store. Highly recommended.Thank you Winnie.________Walked in yesterday and was greeted by Winnie. She was courteous and very friendly. She showed us a similar exhibition model (to what I had wanted), it’s features and took down my details. Even though they didn’t have a watch to sell, I felt quite welcomed.

I happened to pass by a Rolex store in Vancouver and met Ivan. He provided exceptional service, offering a comprehensive and detailed introduction that allowed me to fully understand the brand's history and corporate culture. Had a pleasant purchasing experience with Ivan.I was looking for a Datejust Wimbledon 36mm for quite a while. I walked into the Rolex Boutique in my last 2nd travelling in Vancouver, didn't expect it would be the most luckiest day leaving the boutique with my very first timepiece. My wife and I went to this Rolex boutique to find timepieces to celebrate an important milestone in our business. We were greeted by Ivan, who was very welcoming and greeted us warmly. He showed us timepieces that we requested. We had a very comfortable atmosphere because of Ivan's professionalism and down to earth attitude. He brought different watches until my wife found the one that was perfect for her. I also asked him about a different model which he didn't hesitate to bring out and go over it with me.
