A bit late sharing this.I contacted the Simple Alternative Funeral Home in March, after explaining our situation, I received that very afternoon an email outlining options.My sister passed in May and the task of setting dates and finalizing everything for the day began.Sarah and the staff were very knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. As with most situations in life, not everything goes as planned, but even with the hiccups Sarah and the staff worked with us to make the necessary changes.On May 21st, we laid my sister to rest, and it was quite the day, as that Saturday was the day of the huge storm.As we pulled into the cemetery, the winds picked up and the rain and hail came down.The hail stopped and the rain tapered off to a drizzle, but the winds were still high and the lightning kept coming. Sarah, Abigail and Catherine got out of their vehicle despite the threat of the weather and started communicating with us to stay in our vehicles until it's safe, all the while gathering umbrellas with wooden handles for us and getting everything set up.We laid my sister to rest despite the weather, which eased my mothers panic, it was a difficult day but we managed thanks to these amazing ladies, whom I view as superheroes!.These amazing ladies at The Simple Alternative Funeral Home, show what can be accomplished when you love your job and take pride in what you do!. They are an amazing example that women can do anything and all jobs, without so much of breaking a sweat.I can't stop telling people about these ladies and will never forget what they've done for us during such a difficult time in our lives.Thank you Sarah, Abigail, Catherine, CA and everyone at The Simple Alternative Funeral Home for being so amazing!

The funeral director was pleasant, kind and very thoughtful.The place was clean, and felt comforting.

My Mother contacted the simple alternative three times and even went as far as showing up for information/pricing ect…At a time like this it is hard enough for her to have to do this for her son. She was told the woman was busy with a Family and left her information for a return call each time. When she went there she was told they are closing and to come back. They did send her a booklet by email but still needed to convey my brothers wishes of which were not addressed in this booklet. I as well called today and was told that they were busy with another family and that if I left my email I would recieve an email addressing our questions and concerns…an email I am atill to recieve. So to save yourself the upset and aggrivation go elsewhere! Their prices are pricey and as you can see its like pulling teeth to get some simple answers!

Why must simple requests become complicated. A iphotocopy of a death certificate would be so easy. Involving third party government would not

Was an absolutely wonderful place for my grandfather's service the staff were kind and helpful.

I have nothing but positive comments for.this place. The customer service I was given was 5 out 5 in 2022. They gave me only what I needed no pressure!

Sarah was super kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Lost my grandfather recently and opted to use Simple Alternative for his after life arrangements. Sarah walked us through the process and timeline very well, and was so great to work with. Felt very good about leaving him in her hands. Thanks again!
