Very very cute atmosphere and amazing service. Take time to talk and get to know the owner and her story. The decor is beyond cute. The food and the variety of meal is astonishing. The Bento box option is great, so much food! If you are a fan of authentic Japanese food, please go visit Karin. The cheese cake in the photo is called Love Cake" and I can say

my favourite Japanese restaurant in Montreal, and i would argue you can find anything more quaint and traditional than Karin. my favourite spot for special occasions, I recommend you get their chef special for 2, I believe is of good value for the portions and servings you’re getting. Great quality fish. amazing service, and the ambiance of the restaurant is always nice. NATSU is my favourite chef special!

It was our First time to Karin. The place is amazing. I called in to book and it was but at all hard to get a reservation. I took some photos and am sharing it with the review. The food is amazing. This seems to be a place we will go back to often :)

Cute little restaurant owned by Japanese people serving great food. Had a wonderful evening here, dinner for three, the service was great and the food as well. The tempuras were very good, I recommend taking the 7pcs shrimps + 7 pcs vegetable. The portions were big, but I didn't feel bloated afterwards, was satisfied, and still had room for dessert : we took the gâteau d'amour (I recommend).I will come visit another time to try other dishes.

went to dinner here for the first time during the hottest day during the mini heat wave. what a beautiful and total oasis!!!! calm music, private booths filled with cute things and lovely art, served by such friendly people .. portions are good for 2 the grilled mackarel was amazing value . we left stuffed and like high from all the food AND the warm and welcoming aura . thank you for the wonderful experience ❤️

Authentic Japanese food, from Chirashi to Bluefin Tuna Torro sushi and sashimi. As well as exceptionally good okonomiyaki and tempura - Special Bento is also amazing. - If you want to upgrade your Sushi tastes I highly recommend this place, definitely do not skip in lieu of some fusion cuisine!! - if you were wondering where to get blue-fin tuna - wonder non more - this is actual legit place - in the menus they present you with all kinds of cuts of tuna and for $30 you can get an melange of blue fin tuna and some torro sashimi or otherwise - best place to each Japanese authentic cuisine

I love this restaurant’s atmosphere, it’s so nice to sit you you’re own little booth. The set menus are such a great price for 2 people. I also love that they have a great selection of sake and other Japanese goods that you can buy and bring home.

I went there with my family for my birthday. It's a cozy Japanese restaurant, we had the menu for 4 people (+1) and the portions were more than enough at least for us! The sashimi was fresh, the tempura tasty and the grilled saba fish was delicious! We couldn't finish the udon, we ate so much already!!! The service was impeccable, very polite and nice staff. I'd gladly go back and highly recommend it for people to try especially if you're a fan of Japanese food!
