Teller very rude and unhelpful traveled 30 km to get to bank 3 times and still have not got issue worked out working. On 4th trip into the city to try again hopefully we will get it done wish me luck

It's dependable for things like direct deposit and cashing checks at the counter. But not depositing checks and cash at atm machine. Hopefully I get approved at eazyhome loan cause I'm currently applying for a loan on line at the moment and I hope everything is going to go well. The Pic is we're pigion bank use to be. Torn down as you can see. Moved to Hastings and Gore area.

I had lived on the lower Mainland for 11 years and had no idea this bank existed. The service that the employees there provide to that specific clientele is very very impressive. I was escorting my sister there as we dealt with a matter for another sister who has an account there. Honestly it was very moving to know that there is a bank branch in the Downtown East Side to provide banking for the homeless and others who may not have proper ID etc.

Very,very nice people.every teller I've had is nice and understanding.quite a few people on welfare and disability days.about an hour's wait in line but this bank is the only place I know that hires a person to give out disinfectant to each person and a new mask before entering.yes you must put on a new mask which is great cause what if your original mask is contaminated.5 stars pigeon parkthe first 5 star I've handed out.

What bank isn't open on a Saturday even? I get the help they give to people without ID and stuff but then can't they realize that for these people knowing what day it is is difficult? Hmmfffttt.

The staff that work their are great. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like but it is the fact that they make everyone stand in a line outside till its your turn no covering or shelter

The staff are always friendly and respectful to their clients. I am always greeted with a smile and usually they remember me by my name, which is nice.
