I have been going to this Bioped location for years and have never been disappointed. Antonia and the team consistently have amazing customer service and are always very friendly, listen to your concerns and provide solutions to them. I go out of my way to get to this location but it is worth it.

I found this clinic on google and took a chance. I must say, I’m extremely pleased with their handling of my needs. Before meeting them, they took the time to speak to me on the phone and answer all of my questions. I asked for a quote to submit to my insurance in advance so I can know exactly what I’m covered for and they had no problem doing that. Other places have been apprehensive when asking for a quote to submit to insurance in advance.They worked with me on my lunch break to do the measurements quickly and accurately, and they were very patient with all of my questions. My items were made within the time they promised.Jake and Antonia are very kind and I appreciate them both for ensuring my experience was as smooth as it went.

My first time getting orthotics and I must say Jake was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, fast and has great customer service skills. I highly recommend this place if your in need of orthotics and I will definitely be going back!

The experience at BioPed is just amazing! Jake and Antonia are such great people who are always positive and provide the best foot care experience that anyone can ask for. I have been coming here since 2019 and I must say they have helped me come a long way when it comes to taking care of my feet. I would definitely recommend anyone having foot/leg issues to book an appointment with them ASAP and let them take care of you as they did myself. 10/10 rating for sure.

Came here to get some orthopedics for my mother for her foot pain. Had a great experience with Jake and Antonia. They explained everything in a digestible way and took their time. They also went out of their way to accommodate me when I made a few mistakes. I thought it was too late so moved on, but Jake called me a week after and let me know he was still waiting to help me. Wonderful support from caring professionals.

I always get my custom orthotics made here. My family doctor has been a strong advocate of this location and the work they do. The staff is always so professional and pleasant to work with. They provide you with all the necessary documents to make it easy to submit your claims to the insurance company for reimbursement.

I had a great experience using Bioped for the first time. Jake was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The quality of the custom orthotics are top notch compared to other places. My foot pain has been drastically reduced and I'm finally able to walk freely again. Highly recommended for your foot care needs and will be definitely coming back!
