So I bought a ring for my sister as a gift for Christmas and it didn’t fit her so I brought it back to get a bigger size and they said they don’t have the ring in stock so come back again next time. The next time I went they still didn’t have it so the girl said come back an other time again. I just went back today and know the girl was saying I can no longer get a bigger size… this is very disappointing and this disappointed my sister because she really loved the ring and know she can’t wear it

Associate who served me was laughing in my face with her coworker and was not being professional. She did not even show me what I was purchasing before putting it in the box. Unhappy with the customer service.

I would never recommend this place. I went there on the 28th with my friend we wanted to get matching rings and they had a 50% off sale we had to wait more the an hour because the lady in the front only prioritized people who came for a return or exchange the other 2 workers were extremely unprofessional and very rude with us we asked to see the rings that were on sale and they gave us unattractive looking rings I couldn't believe that I waited an hour, the workers kept saying how happy they were to finish in 13 minutes instead of helping us It was a disagreeable service after paying the lady tells me the ring is none exchangeable none reimbursable" they don't even deserve a star they need better workers."

I would put a zero if I could.If you need help to fix a problem there is this one particular employee you shouldn't go to because she won’t bother and she will give you an anxiety attack because of all the anger she has.I had bought a bracelet with charms three weeks before which I LOVED. I though it got bigger because I requested a 17 cm bracelet (or so I thought) and it was 18 cm after the three weeks.I had worn the bracelet 4 - 5 times. I had taken good care of it because it is my baby. I just wanted to exchange the bracelet because I thought it got bigger with only three charms on it which isn’t normal. When I purchased the bracelet in store no one told me it was supposed to get bigger, I found it afterwards online.The return policy allowed me to exchange the bracelet because it was before January 29th, the bracelet was still like new. I even contacted customer service twice and they confirmed I could do it.The girl refused. Telling me that I cannot exchange something I had worn. She didn’t look at my bill or at my file. Nothing. A straight up No.She told me she could tell it had been used because of the color and the shape?Then she told me that the fact I added three charms was the reason it was getting bigger.She told me it is not her fault the lady at the store didn’t warn me about the bracelet getting bigger.She told me that customer service telling me I can exchange my bracelet is none of her business because she has to find a way to sell the bracelet again.The color of my bracelet was the same and by shape she meant it wasn’t rigid which is because the bracelet wasn’t locked (face palm). I was confused because how is a “luxury brand” bracelet supposed to get in bad condition after 5 wears? Furthermore, the bracelet is meant to carry 15-20 charms and only grow by 1 cm after a year.The issue wasn’t the refusal, it was the aggressivity. I was lucky that my mom appeared because I was in shock in the middle of a store full of people. I was humiliated by the way she raised her voice for minutes at a time not letting me speak.She lied regarding exchange. There was a tremendous lack of helping me find a solution. Had she looked at my bill she could have told me that I was in fact sold an 18cm bracelet, and that it was more practical for them if I could go back to the store I purchased the bracelet from.I will never go back to this store and if you can, go to the one downtown Montreal. The woman that helped me the next day was a sweetheart. TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES. The first with a panic attack, the second with a very happy customer that will come back.Respect is primordial and there is always a solution to fix a problem particularly if its just a silver bracelet.Good brands have good customer policies (Sephora, Lululemon, Costco, etc.). I don't believe it is a pandora problem, I believe it is this store's problem.

It could be more furnished, but so far they have a bit of everything.Positive experience! The girl was super polite and avaible to show us products, but just saying is a little annoying when the answer is you can order it online... well I know thank you, but If I m at the shop is because I don't want to order it on-line... anyway after all very positive experience!

I went to this location to purchase a mother's Day gift for my aunt.I will say that the experience was very underwhelming because out of this huge line I was standing in one of the employers walked past me while asking everybody else if they knew what they wanted etc she only gave me a book to look at once I finally got to go into the store about an hour later they had nothing in stock okay fine I ignore that because I was being considerate that they were busy but then the salesperson wasn't very helpful but again I tried to be not too hard because it was busy I try to ask her questions I spent more than almost $300 that day I also asked her I wanted to get something for my bracelet but I am still new to the Pandora I didn't know what I wanted but she's just shrugged me off she said to look in the book and look online so I did made my selection and came back today.anyway so I came back today new employer she was nice but not very helpful the charms that I had already wanted she's telling me that they don't fit for my bracelet so I'm asking her what does fit for my bracelet because the last experience she told me to look in the book and I did and now I'm being told it won't fit my bracelet I mean oh you can put it on if you want but it won't fit the Clipper part. She showed me ones that I wasn't too crazy about. The look of disappointment on my face . I wasn't too happy but still continued to show me that one so I purchased it knowing that I can exchange in 30 days at another location. My boyfriend got me the bracelet back in February for Valentine's Day the rose gold one I told her my concerns from day one that the bracelet wasn't shiny she saw me the cleaning product I've been trying to clean my bracelet and it's still not shiny.very discolored I barely wear it I don't know if this was a faulty one she's not helping me she's telling me this just clean my bracelet I told her I have it's still not shiny I'm just very upset I just going to find another location to go to I still have my receipts these are not cheap products so for me spending my hard-earned money and leaving unsatisfied I'm not very happy. One of them plays tried to give a compliment to my discolored bracelet and I confronted her about the issue she said what do you bathe in it I said no I barely wear it since February and instead of trying to help me to solve the problem she shrugged her her shoulders very awkwardly and looked at me and just kind of like it stopped the conversation. I know the salesperson I was speaking to was French didn't really speak English so maybe but I felt like she's just wanted to hurry up get me out there and make this out and leave.

Bought a gift there for my wife's birthday. Despite a 30 day satisfaction refund promise, when I came back not even two weeks later, I was refused to receive my refund based on claiming that I was returning a web order and not the set that was bought originally in store. I never understood what their problem was, because I had the store bill and exactly the same items with exactly the same sku numbers. I've tried to talk to the sales girl and hear from the manager. Unfortunately I didn't stand a chance to be heard and get a clear answer to my questions, because it was one person high pitch dialog and it wasn't mine. I was even almost tagged as the thief. Briefly, it was a very unpleasant experience.That was my first experience with Pandora and certainly it's the last at least at Carrefour Laval. I suggest staying away from them if you want to avoid a bad unprofessional service experience.

I was in this store to buy a new Pink Small Jewelery Box, I stood in line for a long time, the inventory indicates that the item are in stock in large quantities, the store employee refused to sell me this small box. They tried to trick me to sell an unwanted old model of a large pink box.Finally I left without any purchase, my trip from downtown of Montreal was a waste of time. The customer service is the worst we've seen in any Pandora`s boutique!
