I went to purchase a few things and ended up purchasing more and I anticipate for. They did not have any carts but were able to not only find one for me but also helped me bring it to my Uber. Super helpful staff

Just left the store and had such a nasty experience. I understand that the store closes at 6pm and I had a simple question about the price of a watch.A blonde lady, perhaps in her late 40s to 50s happened to be nearby and was about to close cash.My boyfriend and I asked if she could help us and she replied with, after close. No service."I asked if she could tell us the price of the watch as it was a simple question. She looked us up and down and told us it was in the thousands. This felt like she was judging us based on what we were wearing and decided that she would tell us a fake price to try and scare us away.I'm not a fool. So I asked her to actually check the price and she did so while chewing her gum and rolling her eyes.I have received better service from Homesense and Walmart. I was not expecting service from Louis Vuittion but she will be the reason I will never buy from Hudson Bay at Sherway Gardens again."

This signage in this store is very poor. They need to walk the floor with the eyes of a customer. Their signs had me do 3 U-turns trying to get to the elevator. I had to ask for directions and the associate was nice and took the standard three steps in the direction of my destination. I appreciated her help but, I expect better from The Bay.The aisles were super wide which was nice to see. I'm not sure if they are taking accessibility seriously or they are just low on stock. Overall this location would not be my first choice for my next visit.

This location was my top tier although the selection is limited, the location, it being apart of the mall, the many entrances or exits, which means you have multiple, selections to park, in order to find what fits you best. the isles are big and its easy to move around with a stroller.Up until this Sunday, when we decided to stop to get my daughter boots and my husband suggested coming here instead of going to SVP SPORTS.Not only do you have false advertisement, your cashier Dalya thought it was funny to smerk and say well its 79.99.When I ask her about the discount she full blown said its not apart of it.Once showing her where the product was found, WITH 60% sign off. WITH MULTIPLE BOOTS!She then proceeded to tell me Winter boots are not apart of Winter Accessories.Once again I told her I read the sign in no where does it even show that this brand was no apart of the sale.I ask to speak with the manager, Dalya the cashier refuse repeated until she really seen I was getting upset cause Your making me wait now with my 3 kids going back and forth knowing VERY WELL you are falsely Advising a product and I was right. You other work even mention to you said it must he a mistake sorel should be on that list because sorel never goes on sale.ONCE AGAIN NOT MY PROBLEM IF YOU MISLABEL A PRODUCT.As per forbes, As per Vanity Fair , & WIKIPEDIA, BOOTS are considered A WINTER ACCESSORY.YOUR SIGN SAID COLD WEATHER ACCESSORIES!ARE BOOTS NOT USED FOR COLD WEATHER?Your manager Ellen, Keep telling me I was wrong, Nothing she can do.After I ask for her name her cashiers name, and told her I will be publicly posting the pictures and what happen she then proceeded to tell me she would give me 25% off.After I told you I would be publicly posting this problem with the pictures, now you want to try to rectify the problem.CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS RIDICULOUS !From reading other reviews looks like other people as well have gad issues with there signage, and presentation.

I thought this location was closing down. Giving it a 3 star because the selection is limited. However, the staff is friendly.Great place if you are looking for luggages (when on sale). And shoes are usually always at a discounted price but not a ton of options as area is very small.If you have time to spare and not looking for anything in particular you can always find sales.

Good brands, decent prices during sales and specials. It’s a smaller store so don’t carry everything such as very limited options for business wear and they do not carry MAC cosmetics in this one. There are limited registers and only one fitting room so be prepared to wait a while when there is a line. Other than that helpful employees and convenient location with ample parking outside.

The store is great and the service is Also very good! My only complaint is that you cannot get ahold of any dept if you should have a concern or a question re your purchases (mattress furniture )No answer ANYWHERE, not even customer service!

First time visiting a department store like the Bay in over 20 years or more. The location is not the best, the area is rundown and decrepit. Inside the store is clean and pretty much everything is on sale. I went here to do a couple returns from Christmas and the staff member who helped me was really kind and friendly. The refund was processed quickly and before I knew it I was on my way. I was definitely surprised by how well the staff are trained. Good job Hudson's Bay.
