My local Subaru dealer. They always provide exceptional service. They allow customers to bring in their own oil for an oil change. Reasonable pricing and good customer support. Matthew from parts helped me order a clip I broke and it arrived within 2 days! Thanks guys.

We have been driving from Whitby, ON to Scarboro Subaru for the past 8 years. The service and parts team have been looking after out Outback and have done an outstanding job. The service department is professional, friendly and top notch. The parts department ensures parts are in stock and provide suggestion that suit our budget. The service advisors provide status updates via text or by phone and the work is completed on time. Offering an Uber to work gives us the flexibility to service our Outback. Thank you for amazing service and making us feel like family.

My husband and I just picked up a used Subaru @ScarboroSubaru. From Jose the sales rep to Sal the Finance Manager, can’t say enough about the friendly staff. With fair market pricing on the new used Subaru and accepting our well loved trade, everyone made the process seamless and stress free! I highly recommend!

Bought a used car a month ago not realizing the alignment and wheel balance were off during the test drive. Took it home and tried contacting Ston, the sales guy and no reply from the number of emails and texts to his phone. Tried the service center and all they would do is pick up the phone and drop it back down, hanging up on me. Multiple times. Infact, every time. The only person that I've been able to speak to is the operator who is always happy to pass me along.They sold me a car that will drive into the ditch if I don't constantly steer into the pull. And now after 20 or more attempts to contact them, I'm leaving this review. Maybe it will prompt them to fix the problem.

I don't recommend this place. Because at time when I booked my car by paying 500$ deposit and, I cancel it after few days, because I got a better deal somewhere else.The guy name BOB didn't pick my call when I told him to send my money back. It took me 10 days to get my money back. In result, after service is ZERO . I don't recommend this.

Took my car for service. Bought it at another Subaru. They did a thorough job. Originally only planned to get my tires changed and an oil change. I did suspect I had some issues with the cabin filter but forgot about it. They caught it and I had it replaced.They offer a 5% discount if you book your appointment online but you need to ask for it. They did refund me the differernce when I realized it wasn't applied.Cost for changing tires was a little steep but everything else I had done was in line with what I expected.

Stone Hu assisted us in getting the Forester for my family. Overall few weeks after having the car we found the car (being the second owner) in a very good condition and the service done prior to delivery was really good.Thanks for the service and good to have Stone as our dealer. He made the things look easy for us in making the decision to have a Forester.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!! I initially went to this dealership because my bonnet (hood) came loose on the 401 and they were the nearest Subaru dealer. They fixed it and said it needed oiling or something like that and no charge. Wow! So I booked my servicing and I needed a few things fixed. Well for a reasonable fee they picked up my car and dropped it off after at my home, they fixed everything and told me what was under warranty and charged for the rest. They do not oversell or over fix. I noticed they repair the Subaru race cars so that is a good endorsement. They are an honest dealership and my car is working so well. Highly recommend

I have been taking my 2020 Outback for service here and I could not be more happy. they are really professional, detail and efficient.I was there yesterday for my 40,000 km service. Parts department is awesome as well. I have purchased a few accessories for my car they're always super polite and very friendly. I'll continue to take my car for service here.

Very disappointed with Attitude of Service at Scarborough Subaru. I used valet service to pick up and return my 2015 Forester for an oil change and lube service. When the valet returned my car I signed the invoice but did not receive the key fob. I had had two sets of keys with key fobs. Only one set now has the key fob. It was several days before I realized that the second key fob was missing. I do not believe the valet gave me the fob. They say I did receive it. Be that as it may, I now have two sets of keys but only one fob. When I phoned Scarboro Subaru about purchasing a second fob I was told the price would be around $300. I decided I would manage with one fob. I later decided that was an unwise decision in case the fob got lost and I then would be unable to drive the car. When I phoned June 2 I was told the second fob would cost $1000. That seems rather absurd I heard laughter in the background. I would like to know what the actual cost would be. I used to think Scarborough Subaru was an honest, reliable and trustworthy dealership. I am very disappointed with their attitude and treatment. Is it because I am an elderly woman? Barbara DeFrance
