Spa ManiPedi - 5342 Queen Mary

Wow the experience i had here was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE . DO NOT GO HERE ! I just came in to fix 1 nail . He proceeds to tell me the nail is 10$ when everyone knows it’s most likely 5$ tofix 1 nail . I wanted a french tip nail this man done sat here & put a bumpy no shape nail on my finger no cuticle oil no nothing and thought i was going to leave . I told him to take it off & this man gave me such a head . Poor communication skills overall do not waste your time or money like i did !!

This is my favourite nail salon in Montreal! I’ve had my nails done by both Chloe and Yến and they always do an amazing job! Great attention to detail, friendly customer service, and really good pricing. I’ve been coming to get my nails done since this summer and will keep coming as long as I live in Montreal. I recommend calling or booking online ahead because they are busy (because they are so good!).

I hadn't been for mani-pedi in about 6months so everything needed tidying up". I decided to try this place for the first time since it is close to my house. The mani-pedi was so rushed and superficial. On my hands all she did was the nails. No cream

Let me start by saying I never complain. I am one of those people that will say nothing when it comes to the nails salon, hair dresser etc, I pay and leave and then tell my husband I hate it when I get home. I have been coming to this salon for a while. It is convenient for myself and my coworkers to go there since it is up the street from our work. This afternoon I went to get my dipped nails redone and my toe nails redone. A gentleman did my toe nails. He was very nice. He then took me to a table to soak my nails. Once done, a lady came over and said what color"? She was not friendly and was very abrupt when she spoke. I said ombre (I always get ombre here

The service was very nice, the lady who did my pedicure was very gentle taking care of my feet. She really helped me when it came to choosing the right colour for my skin tone as I was doing a French pedicure!

I haven't been here in many years but went ahead and booked an appointment, it was for 11 am. Waited an hour before someone started on me. Meanwhile the water my feet was soaking in ran cold. I ended up having to leave after having my previous shellac color removed because I would now be late for another appointment at 12:45. I have NEVER waited an hour any where for a pedicure! I went back after my 2nd appointment and got a rushed job and not great customer service. Although the lady who worked on me the 2nd time around apologized, I was still upset because I had to pay parking 3x because of there lack of scheduling. The owner kept looking over at me as if I was the one in the wrong. I will not be going back for sure!

Yen is amazing just finished my pedicure at 1045 she is so caring and takes really good time and care with you her work is flawless and she is so amazing ! Will definitely be back love my experience

My first time there for a shellac pedicure. Right away, I felt welcomed, well taken care of, not rushed. Asked for Yen, she was pleasant and very pro. Am happy with the result.However after a second experience, this time for acrylic nails, my review is less positive. First upon entering, it smelled like in a hospital. The person was very rough when filing my nails and hurt me several times, she kept on insisting I use another acrylic method (dipping) and I said no, and when came time to pay, I said I’ll be going to the bank to withdraw cash, she asked that I leave an ID. Wow. Fast forward today, my nails hurt. I don’t know what she did or how much product she used but they hurt. Not going back.

The first mani-pedi ($62) I had there was a bit of a disaster. Very soon after, the nailpolish started changing colour and chipping. I called to see if they were open on Victoria Day to have a new mani-pedi done; they said they were, despite the holiday, and when I arrived, the door was locked. You'd think they could call the clients and warn them they made a mistake? Nope. So I can't recommend them.In answer to the owner's answer below: I did have an appointment at 5 PM--I called to make that appointment, which is when I was told you would be open. I was there, and I had a witness because a friend came with me. The door was locked and the lights were off. No one was there. We knocked. No one answered. Please do not tell me otherwise.
