Pictures were extremely dark, employee said that they will pass, poor customer service. Went to the passport office and they said the photos will most likely be rejected.

Im a glutton for punishment. Special orders are never ready on time. Posters are never available. They continue to have promotions but never the supply in stock to support said promotions....I stay for the pricing but get punished every time waiting for orders to be ready....

Do not use this service ! Placed two orders online before Christmas that were supposed to be Christmas gifts for next day availability. Orders included prints, ornaments and cards. Both order statuses said delayed " 4 days after order was placed. Tried calling multiple times and no one picked up and no voice mail. Finally reached them on Christmas eve and they told me that both orders were cancelled because there was no paper in the machine ? I asked if they could just re-submit but I was told no
