I recently had a great experience at Rteen Auto. Their prices are very fair and they sell good quality cars. I was impressed with their selection of vehicles and the knowledgeable staff who helped me find the perfect car for my needs. They were patient and attentive throughout the whole process, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left the lot. Overall, I highly recommend Rteen Auto to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle.

I bought our Nissan Pathfinder, flawless by the way, from RTEEN. Cam was very supportive! Purchase process was simple and quick. Eeeey!! Still enjoying my discounted 1-year warranty! He offered a 1-year warranty even thought it isn't a common practice just because he thought it was my first offroad car in Canada. Sweet!

Kam and Hamid were very nice. They're one of the dealerships I've gone too that I didn't feel rushed and they took their time for me to test drive and gave me all the information that I need. Would buy again from them.

Reply : extended warranty was purchased at the time of buying the car however it expired 5k kilometers after purchase regardless of expiry date. The transmission (which I had issues with since purchasing) is beyond repair and I have now lost my total investment of $4500. I bought this car less than a year ago and it's been nothing but a disaster. The vehicles you sell should be road worthy and reliable which they are not, now myself and others who have trusted your company have been left without a vehicle and more importantly out of pocket

Car dealerships with lots of choices. The owner is an experienced car dealer. But take a good look at the vehicle before making the purchase decision.

I had a terrible experience buying a car from RTEEN Auto. The car seemed like a great deal (Jeep Patriot 2009), but after only four months of use, the engine broke down. When I contacted the dealership, they told me to deal with the warranty, but unfortunately, the warranty only covered $900 towards the repair cost. The dealership suggested I buy a new engine, but the cost of doing and repairing so turned out to be the same amount that I paid for the car in the first place. Notice this car was purchase in January 2023 and broke down at the end of April 2023.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with RTEEN Auto. The fact that the car broke down after only four months of use and that the dealership was unhelpful in resolving the issue only added to my frustration. I was sold a lemon, and the dealership didn't take any responsibility for the issues. I ended up selling the car fir scrap and I got 500 back. It was a total nightmare.In short, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable car, go somewhere else where they take responsibility for the issues.

I bought a car from this dealership that had a completely rusted/corroded out chassis, that I only caught when I was getting new tires put on at Canadian Tire. The dealer made many assertions as to the quality of the car and assured me there were no issued. My mistake for believing them.The state of the chassis was so bad that I was advised not to drive this car for my own wellbeing and safety. The staff at Canadian Tire were shocked that I got this car from a dealership.I returned this car to Rteen and they refunded me. However, they were unable to show me proof of a completed safety inspection report that they are required to do, by law.I would be very careful buying off this dealership and make sure you get a copy of their safety inspection reports and get your own mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection.
