Warren's Carpentry Inc

My husband and I contacted Warren’s Carpentry in the summer of 2021 on the recommendation of another builder. We had purchased a property in Summerside and had been in search of a contractor that could handle the process from beginning to end as we we’re remaining in Ontario until the completion of the project. We met with Josh Warren who gave us a run down of the process and took the time to introduce us to the team when we visited. As you can imagine there is a high degree of trust required in this situation and our project manager, Jeff Adams made having that trust an easy endeavour on our end. To say he listened well to our needs would be an understatement. He made suggestions on the project based on what we told him was important to us all the while keeping the budget in alignment with our fiscal goals. Not an easy task at times. He was also responsive to any text or email and had foresight to reach out in advance quickly when something would need our attention. The project was completed on time to a standard that any any homeowner would be grateful for. Each contractor from framers drywallers, electricians, siding installers, plumbers, kitchen designers, floor installers, painter ( the list could go on) were simply the best in their field partnering with the best. Currently, Chris is working on the last little punch list details and no detail is too small to mention and together with the above mentioned partners it’s all getting done! I would not hesitate in trusting this builder and their team with what is likely your biggest asset. We have zero regrets with our decision and would do it 100 times again!
