Great Canadian store with wonderful and helpful staff. Love their Rens promise that gives you your first bag of food free and lets you return bags if your cat ends up not liking it. I just wish they carried my brand of litter.

I phoned the store numerous times over three days to check if an item was available. No one ever answered the phone. I was told by staff at another Rens that the Kitchener store never answers their phone. I did drive to the store where the staff was not helpful and stand off ish. I will avoid this store in the future. Their customer service has gone way down.

I absolutely LOVE Ren's! Lots of variety and flavors. I also like that I can collect points and get a FREE bag of dog food every 12 bags!!!!

50 pounds of oxbow hay would cost at my old store $30 for 5.5 pound bags. So $270 by the bag over time or $130 for 50 pounds. That's less than half price. I saved $140 this way. And that's not on sale. Imagine what savings it'll be when it is. And the guinea pig food is also much much cheaper. Save money for sure on small pet needs for sure.

Best pet in store experiences when it comes to searching for good grooming supplies. As a professional dog groomer, usually have to look online, but it is awesome that Ren's is an option!

My dogs are new to Kitchener hence a new store. Today both my German shepherds went into the store for the first time. The staff immediately recognized them and gave them appropriate attention and finished with treats.They're always so knowledgeable and helpful but today they went above and beyond.This will be my one store.

It was quiet when we visited. My dogs enjoy the shopping experiences and really like the friendly informative staff. No pets for sale, adoptions or rescue. This is a great place for shopping for that special pet. The store has most of what your pet wants and your needs to keep that special pet.

We love coming to this location. It has a huge selection, great sales (we saved over $15 today!) and our pup gets so excited coming here because of the love and treats she gets from staff.
