Whether I needed shadow boxes for my hockey shirt collection or reframing all my art collection at my dental office I always get the best frames at the most economical price. A month long nightmare.. never calls back or updates on an order. Sassy and sarcastic comments while snickering about how inexpensive an item I was waiting for 2 weeks to finally come in. The job was done well, that I admit. Although, not in the way I planned and paid for. Very disappointed..

I don't know why people would go to high end chain stores like Michaels or walmart when these guys provide a much better and customized service to your needs.They cost 1/3 of the price Michaels quoted me. Hence I got 4 of my paintings frames and also our wedding portrait done

For a small family business, why do they turn away customers during this period.I find they lack flexibility.Limited hours of operation.I wanted to use them instead of going to Michael’s or Griff & Graff.I don’t have a car, and they are not open on Saturday’s.
