I stumbled into finding Mel @ Draft Dr. back in 2016 when I was looking for a kegerator for my boyfriend's 50th birthday. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the different options available explaining the pros and cons to each choice. Once I picked the option not only did he personally deliver to me he also brought a rental for the party. He set everything up explaining how to do myself in the future. We had a bit of a learning curve getting the pour correct and Mel was always available to answer questions and even coming back showing us what we were doing wrong. Never once did we feel like we were bothering him, he was always friendly and eager to help. Over time with other purchases I would say he has become a friend. He is currently setting me up with my own kegerator for my kombucha, I know who knew that was even a thing, lol. So would I recommend Draft Dr., 100% to everyone looking for kegerators for beer, wine & kombucha but also parts, service and advice. Mel, the Draft Dr. himself, has been a gem to work with since day one.
