We came to this doctor for two years and it started off well and the doctor was polite however over time the doctors behaviour changed. Dr. Mikhail was very rude and talked in a rude tone and wouldn't give us the chance to completely explain our problems to her and wouldn't try to help us solve the issue but tell us not to talk and to listen to her" however she wouldn't listen to the whole issue prior for us to "listen to her". As well as the fact that when my mother wanted to get a blood test done due to a change she made in her diet to help her hypothyroid the receptionist hadn't informed us of the fact that it wouldn't be able to happen until August resulting in my mother fasting for no reason and then having Dr. Mikhail yell at her when my mother had no knowledge of the fact that it was too quick for her to have a blood test. As well as the fact that the Doctor on several occasions would dismiss our problems and tell us that it was nothing instead of even looking into it which over time caused us as her patients to feel uncomfortable telling her our problems as we didn't know what she would yell at us for and whether she would listen. We dismissed her attitude several times thinking she might be having a bad day but there was never a day when we felt fully comfortable with telling her our issues. She even went to the point to tell my father my mother was "depressed" due to the fact that she tried asking the doctor for a refill for her thyroid pills which should be understood as a normal refill as my mother ensured to have all of her pills as she really wanted to get rid of the issue which is why she requested the doctor to conduct a blood test to check if it helped but no Dr Mikhail doesn't have ears just a mouth. I really expected better and for the doctor to at least fulfill the duty of listening to her patients issues but no Dr. Mikhail showed me that some doctors do the total opposite. As well as the fact

One of the most pathetic example of customer service at reception. Here's what happened:I visited a week ago to seek a family doctor, met with a practitioner there and were quite satisfied with the meeting that day. The receptionist (Ms. Harpreet Kaur) gave us an appointment for follow up visit in 4 days till when the reports for my family will be ready. A couple of days before the follow up visit, the same receptionist told us that the report are ready except my wife's Vitamin D test results. On the day of follow up visit, the first thing she told us is that my younger kid's sample was never sent to lab and we were NEVER informed about this especially over her last call. We are stunned to observe that she (Harpreet Kaur) not only misinformed us but on the day of follow up meeting, she very rudely said that I am telling you about this now". This totally spoiled the image of this clinic for us and we will certainly NOT recommend this to any of our friends or family even in our remotest dreams. Such employees should be removed immediately especially when they cannot even speak in English properly."

I have been going to Dr. M for few years already, her professionalism, care, compassion for others and support goes above and beyond any expectations. I am bless to have her as my family doctor.

Any one of you defending dr.mikhail is probably on a low IQ level. She was never this much of a rude, old miserable person. She now doesn't know how to treat a human. My question is, if I started acting the same way.. wouldn't she kick me out? Everyone knows the answer to that so it's better for you as a doctor to start going back to your nice old ways. Want a hint as who's talking? Stop giving things to my niece.

Second time coming to this Dr.s office for a specialist appt. First time the Dr. Thiviyarajah was more than a half hour late entering the building to start her shift. Making me wait with no apology. Now I am sitting here and there is NO receptionist..Office appears to be closed. Why was I given an appt today? there is another patient here waiting for her appt. as well. Utter BS and unprofessional. Also the place is dirty..like the floors and walls have never been washed..disgusting.

Super friendly and professional receptionist, and doctor was very nice as well. Finally got a family doctor for my husband and she seems great !

The receptionists are polite and professional and meet the demands of patients. The medical staff are also professional and cheerful.I would recommend this clinic to all, especially that they speak different languages.

I absolutely love Dr. Mikhail's attention to detail and approach to everything. She's quick, caring and will get you the results you need. After seeing so many doctors, she was able to pinpoint my problem and refer me to the proper specialists right away. Couldn't be happier. The office is extremely polite and always available for appointments.

I have been going to this medical practice for years. The front staff is warm, welcoming, diligent and thoroughly professional. Dr. A, always approaches each query with a clinical lens, but calm and pleasant affect. I would strongly recommend going as they speak multiple languages as well!
