Phoned this morning for a bouquet of balloons to be delivered to my sister in Hospital and they were delivered this morning even though I had the wrong unit...she had been moved today. Bears and Wishes uses a bag of gummy bears to weight down the balloons. Balloons are perfect because of allergies. I called the hospital to make sure of the delivery, due to the ward change, and the nurses were still just thrilled.

Honestly very over priced Teddy bears. You can go to Costco or superstore and some other places and pay slot less.

Clean store. Great display. Great presentation.Poor display of humanity. Lack of class.I'm not certain how they've been in business for 30 years, perhaps consumer dynamics and store character have changed since they've started up.The owners reached out to me to assist them in some marketing of their physical displays and various other store merchandisers about a year ago, as they struggled with online communications, arranging for removals/pickups, etc.I found their initial friendliness and presentation immaculate and inviting. We chatted about 30 minutes after striking a commission based deal, I spent the next 2 hours Listing and Photographing the items for sale.I proceeded to sell their store units very enthusiastically for the next 3 weeks, as the owners had informed me their largest concern was ensuring the items went to GOOD people with GOOD energy.This couldn't be farther from the truth.As a 3rd party seller or middleman in this case, I followed up on each person that purchased an item from the owners.All but 1 of 7 had complaints, the most common one beinghow severely overcharged they had felt(as offers were not divulged until they reached a deal the OWNERS would accept exclusively).They didn't actually care at all. They wanted the most of their upcycled, re-used store equipment.The final nail in the coffin, was myself being blindsided and seeing no commission for all the work and communication I had put in.I essentially volunteered

Really appreciate this company! Will be totally buying/using their services all the time! Their delivery guy is such a gentleman! We need more men like him in the world.
