I have recommended several friends/family members to go to this office, and they all have nothing but good things to say! This makes me happy, but not surprised at all. The office is beautiful, clean, following safe Covid protocols, and offers a pleasant experience as a whole. They make going to the dentist relaxing, easy, and fun! Also wanted to give a shout out to the assistant Velma, she recently made my trip to the dentist an easy time and enjoyable. And to the entire staff, thank you :)

I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars!I am very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. This is likely from years to being tortured at my previous dentist. I am so glad my mom had referred me to Browns Line Dental.I have had a tooth ache for a while now. I called in the morning for an appointment and was squeezed in same day. This was fantastic! My experience was nothing but amazing and I actually left feeling less stressed than when I had arrived. The dental work was done professionally, nicely and most importantly, super gentle. In fact, they even fixed one of my teeth that I had complained to my previous dentist about repeatedly. I feel much more confident smiling again and it was literally just fixed.I am extremely pleased to say that I will continue my 3 hour round trip to come here and will gladly tell anybody who is looking for a dentist to come here. If you are sick of getting “messed” around by dentists I strongly urge you to check Browns Line Dental out.

My experience at Browns Line was nothing less than amazing! I've had a fear of the dentist for as long as I can remember, and was extremely nervous when I first entered. But the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and the care I received was impeccable. I had a cleaning and 1 wisdom tooth removal done, and both the hygienist and doctor were so gentle and professional that I almost forgot I had a tooth removed. It was such a great experience that I'm actually excited to get the rest of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Deen. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a better experience at the dentist!!

Professional, and friendly, reception that is very helpful in answering all questions and works around your busy schedule to get you booked in. Hygienists were very gentle, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my routine cleaning. The Dentist was very confident, personable and did a great job on my fillings. The office has parking available in the front and back of the building and the inside is very clean and spacious. I liked them so much that I brought my grandma and we have both switched over to Browns line Dental. They offer 10% off for seniors and work with ODSP for billing. This is a great place and I am happy to have finally found them. I highly recommend them.

Brownsline Dental gives excellent service. I have been using them for a few years now and have never had a poor experience. The office staff are kind, courteous, and always willing to do their best to accommodate my schedule. The dental staff are equally kind and thorough in their jobs, they always explain what my options are and their recommendations. When I had to move out of the city during the middle of my Invisalign treatment the staff went above and beyond to ensure I could still have my treatment done from a distance. Since COVID-19 I have watched the dental office transform, they have taken the health restrictions seriously and have put every possible protection in place to make me feel safe going in for treatment. I would recommend this office to anyone in the Etobicoke area looking for high quality dental work.

I made a big mistake leaving my Dentist of 25 year's for Browns Line Dental. Two caps on a tooth, both lasting less then 1.5 years, finally a supposed permanent crown lasting 2 years, when most last 15 plus year's . Now they want nearly $600 to fix their bad work! Also, since i retired i have no coverage and the previous office manager told me i can't have cleaning without seeing the Dentist . Why? So he can get his cut for 3 minutes work!

Browns Line Dental is great, they’ve helped me with a couple of fillings, cleanings and the ever so often tooth pain. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and have made payment dealings swift and easy with payment plans, while the hygienists who have done my cleanings made it quick and comfortable without sacrificing the most important part, cleaning. Dr. Deen who does my fillings does a great job at identifying what the problem is and making you aware of your options as well as your best one all while offering a joke with his renowned sense of humour. I am a returning customer at Browns Line who’s more than pleased with the professionalism of staff, speed of service and aesthetics of the office, definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new or replacement dentists office.

Browns Line dental has been my best dentist experience to date. In attempt to avoid biases I'd like to be critical but I have never had a poor experience yet. Customer service is always very warm and courteous (usually remembering you by name). They're flexible for those with busy schedules like my self as they tend to my needs around my three jobs. They're staff are very professional in their field, but are always caring and helpful.Personal experience, I had my wisdom teeth removed with them and I bounced back the next day. I was in had them removed and a filling all done in about an hour.So honestly if you're looking for a great dentist that does it all, look no further,Browns line dental is for you!!

This is the place for you! I have been going here for years, actually my whole family has been going here for years!Anna, Is the best hygienist out there! Even in tough times like now she gives a 125%! Dr.Deen is awesome with amazing knowledge and a great deal of patience.The office staff at the front couldn’t be better, Always smiling and friendly I personally just watch someone unwind in the waiting room and the way she was comforted by the office staff was amazing. I would highly recommend Browns line dental! You will definitely feel like you are part of their team and family and what ever help or assistance you may need they’re there to work with you!!

Brown Line Dental isn't in it for the money. Truly. They will always work with you if you can't afford their service. I needed a crown at one point and couldn't afford with no dental insurance. They not only installed a crown in my mouth but I was able to pay over time interest free. Most offices only care for the money. Not them, they care about you. Staff are very friendly. I would recommend Browns Line Dental to anyone in need of Dental services. Thanks Browns Line Dental, you guys are the best.
