Great little gem of a store in Cambridge Galt! Just a few steps away from the Farmers Market and the owner Malcolm is very friendly and super knowledgeable!

I haven't been to this store, but on a recent trip to Toronto I found the MH sweet potato hot sauce (the hottest one, the burner) for sale in Pat's Homestyle Jamaican Restaurant. I picked up a bottle, and it's one of the best hot sauces I've ever had, super flavourful and hot. So I wanted to write a 5-star review of the sauce even if I haven't been to the store.

This place has an awesome selection. My fiance and I were in the market for some hot sauce. Malcolm was really helpful. He let us sample almost 10 sauces! To boot we also bought some soup. Would highly recommend to anyone.

MH's sweet potato original hot sauce is the BEST hot sauce I've ever had. The flavour is INCREDIBLE - using sweet potatoes makes it so unique... there isn't anything else out there like it.The sauce isn't overwhelming with heat (somewhere between a Franks and Tabasco for intensity I find, and I haven't tried the hotter versions), but that makes the sauce very versatile. I use it liberally on sandwiches, rice, and even toss chicken wings in it.After ordering it online, there was a minor shipping delay (delivery company's fault, had nothing to do with MH), but MH was very diligent in communication with me about the status of my order.If you're curious about this sauce, definitely give it a try! I'll be ordering more from their website soon...Thanks, MH!

A fantastic, unique charming shop staffed by a terrific chef, who puts love into his sauces, dressings, you name it.., it all tastes so fine! Go there, meet Malcolm, have a good time while selecting some great food! Small batch, wonderful flavors, and the beautiful aroma of his cooking will make you instantly hungry. Park around the corner or at the market but whatever you do, go meet Malcolm …he’s the kind of guy running the kind of business that makes Cambridge a great place to live.

Fantastic curated goods from some of the best local chefs and artisans—Malcom simplifies the search! He's super friendly and helpful if you need some suggestions. From fresh soups to crème brûlée (even caramelized the sugar for us on the spot) to hot sauce, lots of options—definitely coming back for more.

This sauce is unlike anything else you’ve tried. Instead of scorching your mouth with too much intensity, the sauce gives you loud flavour and heat to compliment the food you are eating. I not only love this sauce but the owner Malcom is awesome. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Malcom at vendor shows and working beside him and he is one of the nicest people I’ve met. He is outgoing and his passion for the product makes you want to buy more!

Probably the best hot sauce I have ever had! Triple Heat is my favorite! The flavor and spice is out of this world. I was able to visit Malcom's retail space finally and purchased The Burner, lime and peach, and this one is insane! Good flavor with the heat from the Carolina Reaper! Burns so good. Malcolm was very welcoming. Thanks for the amazing hot sauce Malcolm!

Malcom is a great guy & Chef. His hot sauces are awesome. I had them on wings (in London) originally (5 years ago) and have been buying by the bucket since.Sweet Potato base. Yum!

The best hot sauce ever and i mean THE BEST! I have a bottle from gluten free goodness expo last week and its already almost done. I got the burner and its the perfect mix between sweet n spicy. It makes any food taste good. You would never guess its made of sweet potato's! Definitely buying more!
