Just like other customers I had a very disappointed experience at this particular store. After trying several mattresses, the salesman didn’t want me to leave unless I put a deposit to lock up the discount. I refused and she told me that I WAS WASTING HER TIME! I was shocked by her rude words and behavior. Won’t return for a second time.

Rick was amazing and very helpful. Helped me look for the right bed with reasonable suggestions. Didn't pressure me into making a purchase and was very attentive. Got what i was looking for and bought a bed within the hour.

Rick was very helpful in assisting me in purchasing a mattress for my daughter going to school in Waterloo. This extended in helping to ship the mattress and sheets on a specific day that worked for us. It was fun to shop with his help! Rick is amazing!Update - a further example of how great Rick is. He helped us ship for another daughter, some additional sheets and mattress protector over the phone while we were at the airport waiting to fly to Toronto. I think it would have been easier to go into a store in Toronto but he said no problem and ordered the items for us. I really appreciated the extra effort he made. Rick is the best!

Rick chan was helping me out with purchasing a mattress and pillow. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. Very nice, very friendly, respectful and not pushy at all.Amazing service, definitely coming back here to shop with him agian.

We recently bought an Adjustable bed base and a mattress from Sleep Country, Richmond Center location. This is about at least the 4th or 5th bed we bought from them over the last 30+ years from different locations - beds for our son, the guest bedroom and for us. I cannot say unfortunately, that we got perfect service every time!This time, we met Sleep Country's best staff person at their Richmond Center location. Shu, the Mall Assistant Store Manager is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She is also patient with us while we debated over choices, past experiences, likes and dislikes and she offered really good suggestions along the way, patiently.We had some teething problems with the delivery department. She was really great helping us out to correct and resolve the situation, following through and reporting back every step of the way. At no point she slipped or passed us off to another department. She has excellent customer service skills and genuinely cares about her customer. We are grateful.So if you are looking to purchase a bed, check in with shu at Richmond Center. She’s great!

The sales associates at this particular branch are nice, but the packaging and delivery of the mattress is very bad. We purchased a $4000 mattress and the delivery guys dragged it on the floor without checking to see if the plastic covering the mattress was taped at the bottom part. They weren't using a dolly/trolley when they should be doing so. When they brought it up to our unit, we noticed that there is a HUGE stain right where they dragged the mattress (see photos below). I called this store and they advised us to call customer service (it seems like the store associates couldn't help), and so I did. The customer service rep I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and just hung up the phone in the end.EDIT: We were able to call customer service and they replaced our mattress a week later.

Good space with what seemed like 30+ beds to try out. Lilian was the sales associate who helped me out, she was great! Super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions, letting me try multiple beds over and over again. She asked me questions about my budget and helped me direct me to beds that fit my needs.I spent over 1.5 hours in the store trying beds. I finally purchased a queen mattress with Lilian's help. She even got me a non advertised secret price of over 50% off!Be honest, let her know your budget and she'll do everything she can to try and match it. She had to jump through three different hoops to get the price, but she did it. I'd definitely go back if Lilian is still there.
