There's one lady here that is very rude. If you're in a customer service role you're expected to be somewhat friendly.

Very rude on the phone. Was trying to track down my lost package and they would not listen. After being very patient with them on the phone I was then hung up on. Unprofessional and you should be ashamed.

Staff isn’t too bad, but lots of miscommunication and different answers each time I’ve picked up mail. I’m a temporary resident, so my address on my ID isn’t the same as to where I have things shipped too. Last two times Ive picked up mail, I was told to bring another piece of mail with the same address on it. Today I was told I had to be added into the system by the resident owner who I’m staying with, which is fine, but would of gotten that done alot sooner if consistent information had been provided. Hearing one thing from one employee then something different from the next is confusing.
