I'm so happy I found this company, after a complete nightmare with ADP, Payworks has certainly restored my faith as a good quality payroll service. Huge kudos to Brandon Quiring (Winnipeg office) our assigned customer service rep who is always helpful, patient, quick response time and gives the best easy to follow instructions when we need help. I highly recommend Payworks !

The best payroll system we have used for out business. Management and the staff really love it. We have two location with biometric punch-in that saves everyone so much data entry time. The previous system via ADP was so old school and hard to deal with.Support is pretty good over the phone and email.Improvement tip: better training material for the customers; management and staff.

Excellent payroll and HR system. They will submit many government remittances on our behalf and will help us to rectify any payments required. Very knowledgeable team and I have a dedicated CSR for my account. I am a HR Manager and have 1 person to contact is very helpful for clear and concise communication.

I am in charge of Processing Payroll. So I can speak to both the side of the employer and employee. I have used Payworks at a couple of companies I've worked for. They are great. I especially love the Absent Management (Time Off) Module. Also I personally love the fact that I can split my pay into as many as 5 Bank Accounts.

Payworks has saved me countless hours of time surrounding the weekly payroll process. Easy to use, accurate and the ESS is great for my employees. Monthly remittances for tax, WSIB and year end is a breeze. I highly recommend Payworks to any business owner who wants to focus on running their business instead of being buried doing payroll.

I have been using Payworks for four years for our small business. Like the other poster, the only issues I've encountered have been my own doing. We have our own, dedicated small business rep that's very responsive and if she's away from her phone, I call the main line and get answers to my questions immediately. Nothing but good experiences.

This is a service based business and unfortunately their service is generally very poor. Considering the critical and sensitive nature of a payroll business, the lack of knowledge, professionalism, and simple courtesy displayed by many of their agents is astounding. Time and time again, we are bewildered, frustrated, and ultimately disappointed with our interactions with Payworks.There are MANY payroll providers and no reason to scrape the bottom of the barrel with Payworks.
