Theft and Mistreatment.This is what happened to my wife and child yesterday when she drove 40 minutes to shop at your orillia location.My wife called me crying her eyes out in the parkinglot of your store sunday june 4th 2023. She had her hands full with out 21 month old son and was just trying to buy food with what little money we have when your cashiers were completely unhelpful and dismissive of her needs. The same needs as everyone else in the store; to cash out.She lined up and was refused by the cashier because and i quote i am closing after this customer" when she was next in line". Then she moved to a different line and when she reached cash they stated "she couldnt buy the beer(which was 1 small pack of cold shots) and it was cash only. Nobody was willing to help and she had now waited twice to be helped.Overwhelmed and brutally embarassed she quickly left the store leaving all of our bags that we own in your store at cash in the shopping cart. She strapped our son into his seat and broke down crying having an anxiety attack in your parkinglot before having to drive 40 minutes back home with no food or bags.Later when she called about the bags

I had a quick shop. I took a look around as I shopped not know the store layout. Over I don't remember seeing a single half empty shelf. The prices I looked at were comparable to other stores. it was clean. The staff greeted me upon eye contact in different areas of the store. I will be coming back.

Wholey WOW!!! This store blew me away. It's clean, open, inviting, stock is plentiful and soooo much variety!!!The staff is Very Friendly and Very Helpful!!! I wish I lived closer I would do ALL my shopping here!!!

Great store, great people. They have lots of vegetables you can't find in other stores. Unfortunately we find that when meats on sale they don't get enough in to cover the sales. At least we never find the sales when we go in for them.

Great berries selection.Stores laid out werid. Limited selection. Friendly service. They don't carry kicking horse , if anyone is wondering. Need more people less computers for lines.

Great quality at low prices, their frozen home branded items are surprisingly good! Wish they had more selection of fresh meats though. But great for your every day pantry and produce restock.

I prefer stores with competitive, low prices like this and a layout that is conductive to shopping by grouping like" items. The shelves are not stocked to my liking but that is true of all stores right now and supply chain issues. I dislike their self-checkout... it is still weight sensitive and causes delays when checking out. I would like more efficiency in checking out."
