This review is for Melissa Metro, she is in Chatters parkland mall, she RUINED my long and healthy hair! I trusted her as she trimmed my hair before but now I was asking a style; a simple layered haircut! I showed her a picture and video for this! My hair was until my waist and how you all can guess to have a healthy hair in that length it’s years of good care and she chopped off so bad she gave me the worst haircut of my life and yes I cried and cried when I found out at home, she curled it in the salon so it wasn’t noticeable but when I washed it I got the worst feeling she destroyed my long hair! she left me with no hair only with a few weird tails all over I cried so bad, I wish there was a bad practice law for hairstyle “professionals” too. The only thing I could get back of this was a redo service in chatters bower mall as I’m NEVER going back to the same salon, I NEVER want to see Melissa Metro’s face again. My hair with the length until my waist ended up to my shoulders! To make it look “decent” of course this can’t be fixed in one redo, will be months to recover! She can have diplomas or whatever she got of studies but she is not respectful at all about wishes and different tastes, no all people want thin and chopped hair like hers. And yes I’m so mad and so sad and I’m sure I’ll be feeling like this for a while as it wasn’t my decision to end up like this it was hers!

Sent my wife in for a hair cut and colour. She is a special needs mom and only gets her hair done twice a year. She asked for something permanent and knew that she doesn't get much time for self care. She got it done beautifully but then it faded in 2 weeks. When we called to I quite they said fashion colour fades and demi gloss lasts longer. So instead of letting her know her options and then deciding they chose to do her hair in a way that wouldn't last long. The customer service was lacking and unapologetic, Would not help in any way. For a family that spends most of their money on their child's needs, splurging for a hair colour and cut twice a year is a big deal.I would not recommend chatters chain to anyone anymore. I'm actually shocked at how they seemed to try and milk more money from people by touch ups and not educate them on their options. Not a professional approach at all.A couple days after it was done vs just under 2 weeks.

Jonnie did a fantastic job with my highlights and my cut. He is patient and takes the time for a consultation before beginning. His head massage was the best I've ever experienced.

I had an appointment on the 24 of June at 2023. I had an appointment for a guy named Abbet but he was not here. Then a different girl came and charged me over $40 and cut my hair in less than 5 minutes. My hair wasn’t even combed or anything, and most parts of my hair are still uncut and very uneven at parts. Some parts have long strands and other are basically half. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

We've seen a few of the stylists since moving to Red Deer and never been disappointed with how our hair has turned out. Budget friendly, knowledgeable stylists, and very clean. The price of the products leaves a little to be desired but they often have sales.

I came here in March to get my hair cut after 5 years of cutting my own hair. I was really excited to have it professionally done, as I have an under shave on each side of my head, which I wanted reshaved and long hair on top that I wanted styled a little differently.The service was awesome besides one part, my hairdresser tried to convince me to grow out the shaved part because it is boyish".I didnt come here to be judged for my style or to be convinced out of it. I came here excited and left disappointed.I dont reccomend coming here for alternative hairstyles unless you want to feel insecure for it :/"

I went in for a haircut, I have long hair so expected it to take time, but I was in and out in 20 minutes! No wash, no checking with mirror to see if it was liked. For the price I paid, I was extremely disappointed!!! I will never go back! In my opinion, when a woman goes to a salon, they want to feel pampered, not felt like a number that was just filling a spot for a stylist.
