The customer service is fantastic! The website advertised 24 hour service, andthey meant it! I had a small emergency and needed to access my belongings at 3 am, and itwas no problem! The staff are incredibly nice and show much hospitality.The entire process, from renting the unit, storing my things,and paying thebill was incredibly easy. The month-to-month lease on all storage units wasincredibly nice, especially since many places that I have been to will haveslightly different deals (i.e. 2 months, etc) on different sized units in order toturn a profit. Bill pay can be done all online, so no need to get a bill in the mail or even payat the site!

It's a very convenient storage unit, well maintained the owner really takes great care of the place! We've been renting a unit for almost 2 years whenever we've had a question they've been very responsive.

Fantastic new facility right in Onalaska and easy to get to. The owner Mitch is great to work with too.

Rented with Ironside for about 5 years. Life has been a rollercoaster with Ironside being one of the few things we actually could count on. Not quite the cheapest price in onalaska/lacrosse but we don’t care, when we are back in the area we will come here first without a doubt. THANKS MITCH!
